Pros:

Alles war sehr zufriedenstellend, die Lage des Appartement, die Zimmer, das Frühstück, das Frühstückspersonal war besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit, einfach top.
Weiters top fanden wir, dass wir bereits bei der Ankunft um 09:15 die Zimmer beziehen konnten.

Cons:

Das uns die Rezeptionistin, obwohl ich reserviert habe, keinen Parkplatz am Hotel geben konnte. Ok kann passieren, wir konnten unser Auto dann am P 3 parken, mussten dafür aber bezahlen, ist auch ok (Fußweg retour ca: 8`)
Da die Parkgenehmigung vom Hotel nur von 15:00 Uhr bis nächster Tag 09:00 gültig ist, mussten wir die vorherige Zeit und die Zeit danach am Parkautomaten aufzahlen. :-(
Die Rezeptionistin hat uns die Gültigkeit des Parktickets "wir dürfen mit dem Parkticket nur bis 09:00 parken dann müssen wir zahlen" erst beim auschecken gesagt. :-( "Also zahlen")
Was sie uns jedoch nicht gesagt hat, wenn wir Skifahren "wegen dem sind wir ja gekommen", kannst du gratis dein Auto in der Parkgarage bei der Planaistation parken.

Vybavení vyborné vše funguje , cena vysoká , za to to nestálo.
Cons:

komunikace -Poslední den začal na pokoji nečekaně při odjezdu houkat alarm , nikde nic nehořelo , tak jsme si mysleli , že chyba přístroje , např došly baterie. Tzn. 100 eur pokuta za to , že jsme neevakuovali.

Frühstück und Parkplatz sind extra zum Ohnehin schon gehobenen Zimmerpreis zu bezahlen. Es gab keinen Tisch oder Sessel im Appartment

Selbstversorgung direkt an der Piste, aber ruhig
Pros:

Piste nur 20 Meter zu Fuß entfernt, dennoch ruhig.
Tolles Schidepot
Selbstversorgung war sehr gut mit der Ausstattung und den Billa in der Nähe möglich
Geschirrspüler mit Tabs vorhanden

Cons:

Bett sehr weich und Schlafsofa sehr hart.
Filter Kaffeemaschine ist da, doch Filtertüten und Kaffeepulver nicht. Wir haben jene Filtermaschine daheim, also hätten wir den Rest entsorgen müssen. Im Nachhinein haben wir erfahren, dass beides an der Rezeption erst nach Nachfrage erhältlich wäre.
Microwelle ist schon etwas älter und braucht 10 Minuten zum Wärmen von Gulasch mit Spätzle aus dem Kühlschrank, aber auf der Herdplatte geht es schneller.

Haben zu dritt gebucht, konnten dann nur zu zweit kommen, booking und die Gastgeber haben sich gegenseitig die Schuld zugeschoben, dass eine Rückvergütung für die fehlende Person nicht möglich sei... beide nagen wohl am Hungertuch(((

Pros:

Hab noch selten wo so ein perfektes, umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet gesehen. Regionale und sehr gute Verpflegung. Sehr schöne, große Zimmer. Ideale Lage, direkt neben Planei.
