Elegance and comfort , star of the town.
Pros:

This guest house is really exceptional , in all matters including staff, convenience and location.
That guy Shafiq is a gem, he makes everything convenient. The best and unique is a decent collection of books inside the room. Most of the vacation properties never think about book lovers and their need during leisure time.
Room interior is modern and elegant. Its very difficult to find any negative thing about this property, Thanks to all staff and the owners for keeping its theme alive.

I would love to rate it 10/10 but let me quote it as 9/10 just for no reason
Pros:

Staff, cleanliness, services, apartment ambiance, architecture, toiletries, friendly environment, rooftop view, maintenance, crockery, water, gas, electricity supply, everything was good.

Cons:

Please resolve the parking issue that is right in front of the building. As we arrived after having lunch, the lady who owns the restaurant on the ground floor immediately asked the guard to move our car from the front of the building which was very rude. Although there is a lot of space in the parking lot but as in summers the sun is up, its hard to unload or upload your luggage.

Tried and tested multiple times. Coming back every time. Great location, highest quality and maintained standard. The vibe is very positive. Security 24/7 with access control and very professional and nice staff.

Absolutely pleasurable experience, safe, secure and spacious
Pros:

The place gives you an amazing sence. Everything is so much organized, smartly designed with the highest standard and qauality. Staff are very polite. Very safe and secure option to choose for families. Prime location. One of the best properties I found in PK.

Cons:

The price hikes are too frequent and unjustified. Booked for 3 days, then, extened for 5 days (the price was 30% higher), wanted to extend another couple of days (the price went 20% more from the last increase) where I was forced to look for other options
