Das Apartment-Haus "Residenz Kaiser Franz Josef" liegt unweit des Wasserfalls und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick über das historische Bad Gastein. Die Begrüßung und Betreuung war herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend. In keinem anderen Hotel oder Apartment-Haus haben wir uns so jemals gut aufgehoben gefühlt, wie hier.
Das Superior Apartment bietet Platz für 7 Personen und ist mehr als großzügig und hochwertig ausgestattet. Marmorböden, antike Möbelstücke und ausschließlich hochwertige Marken-Produkte bei Elektrogeräten, Badezimmerarmaturen, etc...
Generell ist das Apartment sehr intelligent eingerichtet. Es gibt ausreichend Kästen, um auch im Winter das Skigewand verstauen zu können. Mein persönliches Highlight war die unverbaubare Aussicht durch die riesige Fensterfront, sowie die riesige Dachterrasse.
Man merkt schon bei der Führung durch die Hausherrin, dass ihr Herz für ihre Immobilien schlägt. Das spiegelt sich auch bei der Einrichtung und den Accessoires wieder. Die Zimmer sind nicht nur funktional, sondern auch liebevoll eingerichtet.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt so sehr genossen, sodass uns der Abschied richtig schwer fiel. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder!

Tolle Ausstattung, Frühstück direkt im eigenen Appartement mit allem, was das Herz begehrt und toller Aussicht. Skibushaltestelle diekt vor der Residenz und sehr freundliche Vermieter und Bedienstete!

Der wunderbare Ausblick aus jedem Fenster und die private Terrasse waren für uns das Highlight dieser Unterkunft. Zudem ist die Ausstattung hochwertig und Taalai, der Mitarbeiter vor Ort, war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen.
