El personal de recepción pésimo. Reserve una habitación para 4 personas, pague el valor por 4 personas pero en la reserva aparecían solo 2, en la recepción no solo no m escucharon sino que me hablaron pésimo. No se tomaron ni 1 minuto para escuchar ni ver lo que estaba mostrando publicado en la app y me cobraron de más. Me quedé porque no tenía reembolso pero hay en la misma cuadra muchas opciones de alojamiento en donde seguramente hay personas más amables trabajando. La noche anterior había sucedido lo mismo en un alojamiento en Brasil y a pesar de la diferencia de idioma se tomaron el tiempo de resolver y solucionar el tema con la app
