El desayuno no es buffet sino continental
Se rompio un caño a la mañana el.dia q nos íbamos, pedí que nos proporcionaran un bidón de agua y no lo hicieron, tuvimos q irnos sin siquiera poder higienizarnos , lavarnos la cara , dientes en fin... deberían haber solucionado de alguna manera a quienes pagamos x el hospedaje.

El desayuno es excelente igual que toda la atención que brinda el hotel. Cuentan con un spa bello y con servicios variados. La ubicación es perfecta para quien vaya a disfrutar del complejo termal.

La ubicación es excelente. La calefacción lo hace muy agradable

Cons:

No todo el personal de recepción es amable. No te cambiaban la toalla de las piscinas aunque estuviera empapada; sólo una por día. Nunca resolvieron la pérdida de agua del duchero y el baño quedaba empapado. En la otra habitación que alquilamos había olor a cañería. El desayuno no es tan bueno como lo promocionan.
