From the moment we arrived it was like stepping into a wonderful dream. We were so warmly welcomed and were offered an amazing drink. Our luggage was carried to our room
we were provided with all the information to make our stay fantastic . The room was really beautiful ,comfortable and very clean . It was peaceful and as well as having our own outdoor setting there was a beautiful rooftop terrace. We could sit and watch the sunset.. The service was good star . I cannot fault this beautiful hotel in anyway. I give it 11/10 and hope I can come back again in the future.

Lovely room with terrace overlooking the sea and nice little pool, close to beautiful restaurants and bars overlooking the caldera or grab a beer from the market and sit on the hotel terrace looking over the caldera. Lovely helpful staff

Gran hotel, una estancia perfecta

Todo. La amabilidad del personal fue lo más destacado, de gran ayuda, nos indicaron qué hacer en la isla, nos dieron recomendaciones y todo con una gran sonrisa y un detalle de bienvenida. Además pudimos hacer el check-in antes de la hora prevista. La habitación era estupenda, con aire acondicionado y una cama cómoda, y la ubicación estaba muy bien, al lado de la parada de autobús, con parking enfrente del hotel, y a 10-15 minutos andando de Fira, pudiendo ir todo por el paseo con vistas a la caldera. El desayuno increíble y muy bien de precio, además de traértelo a la habitación. Sin duda recomendaría este hotel!

O quarto era impecável — muito limpo, confortável e com uma vista encantadora. A localização do hotel em Firostefani é perfeita: tranquila, mas próxima o suficiente de tudo. Foi um dos pontos altos da nossa viagem!
