Estancia agradable
Pros:

Personal súper amable,instalaciones limpias y bien ambientado

Cons:

Tienes que pagar para cambio de toallas,cambio de sábanas y lo peor (detalla aire acondicionado en habitaciones)pero en ningún momento pone 9 euros por día

Dezamăgitor la sosire

- Așezarea. Vederea la mare
- Accesul la piscină care este foarte bine întreținută, dotată cu șezlonguri foarte ok și baldakine
- Parcarea gratuită
- Terasa unde am putut servi masa

Deși am început cu stângul din cauză că nu ni s-a respectat ora check-inului și am constatat că apartamentul rezervat pe Booking.com era ocupat, Natalia a fost foarte drăguță cu noi, încercând să ne înlăture discret discomfortul creat.

Cons:

Nu am primit apartamentul rezervat pe Booking.com și nu am fost anunțați. Doar când am ajuns am constatat că apartamentul este ocupat și a trebuit să așteptăm ca să ni se pregătească altul. Proprietarul "a rezolvat asta" cu un simplu "ne pare rău" 😔

Deși ni s-a aprobat prin Booking.com efectuarea mai devreme a check-inului, când am ajuns acolo nimeni nu știa despre asta, așa că ne-am cazat după 4 ore de stat în căldură.

Am constatat abia la cazare faptul că aerul condiționat nu era inclus în preț și a trebuit să plătim în plus 9 € pe zi pentru acest serviciu.

Prosoapele erau pătate, dând impresia de mizerie. De asemenea, vesela lasă de dorit.

Am găsit la baie doar 2 suluri de hârtie igienică consumate mai mult de jumătate, fără a se mai furniza altele.

Nu am avut niciun serviciu de curățenie.

Nu ni s-au schimbat nici prosoapele, nici lenjeria timp de 7 zile

Sală de fitness ca o magazie, nicidecum ceea ce așteptam

made it work with creativity and good nature, but disappointed with the product by www.booking.com
Pros:

the location was good, it was near our friends who lived there.
it was also near the water, which was great.
the staff there were very communicative and available.

Cons:

1) so when we booked the apartment, it said online it will have 2 beds and 2 sofa beds. in the pictures it looked like it was very big and spacious, with room for the beds and sofa.
in the end there was one room with one bed, and then was a tiny room with only one bed in it and no sofa.
after some convincing we got them to bring another bed and cramp it in the already tiny room, in which we had no space.

2) the bathroom had no fan or window, so every time it was used the smell went right into the room... which you can imagine how it was like.

3) the wifi did not work inside the apartment, only worked outside, which was very inconvenient.

all in all the most annoying part of it is the dissapointment of being let down by www.booking.com ; we thought we were going to a more spacious place (and thought its just cheaper in greece), and ended up in some hole.

we feel cheated by the pictures posted on the website, and the specs were just not true..
