Very pleasant apartment at the Alexander Hotel with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Clean and nicely decorated. Located on the 8th floor with beautiful view of the ocean and of the bay. WiFi was free and the kitchen has everything you need. Talked to the owner few times and he was very friendly.
There are only two elevators in the hotel and sometimes you need to wait a lot until you catch one that you can get in.
Sehr sauberes und komfortables Appartement. Schöner Balkon mit tollem Ausblick auf Miami Beach und den Kanal.
Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet - uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Das Hotel „The Alexander“ hat einen sehr schönen Poolbereich und einen direkten Zugang zum Strand wo man gegen eine Gebühr auch Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme mieten kann.
Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle - mit dem kostenlosen Trolleybus kann man sämtlichen interessanten Punkte (South Beach/ Ocean Drive) von Miami Beach erreichen. Mit dem kostenpflichtigen Bus ($ 2,50 pro Fahrt) kann man auch Miami Downtown erreichen.
Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns zahlreiche Tips zum Appartement und Umgebung gegeben.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Appartement uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Our stay here was excellent in every way. The location was perfect, with direct access to the beach and a swimming pool, making it both convenient and enjoyable. The apartment was very comfortable, and everything worked flawlessly.
The host was attentive and even reached out to check if we had arrived safely, which made us feel welcome and cared for.
Overall, we loved our experience. The value for money was outstanding, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay in Miami.
Honestly, everything was great. The only minor detail was that the air conditioning in the hallways was extremely cold, but this did not affect our overall enjoyment.
Excelente ubicación con salida y vista a la playa y a la Av. Collins, el departamento sumamente amplio y cómodo con todos los servicios funcionando correctamente, muy bien equipado, impecable, muy bien amoblado y silencioso. El edificio contaba con dos piletas climatizadas, dos jacuzzis de agua caliente , gimnasio y salida a la playa. Amenitis para hacer pequeñas compras

The room was great, very spacious, and clean!!!
Parking situation was hard to figure out. I didn’t like that you had to use a valet but it worked out. Hotel was beautiful and smelled amazing, loved the pool area and access to the beach…would definitely come back
The two pools and location to the beach and walkway/bike path were remarkable.
The elevators were my only complaint. Not enough for the volume of people.
This is one of the best hosts I’ve ever booked with. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly via text and phone calls. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the apartment had everything we needed. There was even a small beach umbrella and beach chairs available.
The balcony faces north and has a partial ocean view. Both the adult pool and family pool are right downstairs, with the beach just across the boardwalk. This is an excellent option for a family vacation if you don’t need a luxury hotel.

It's a very nice place. Safe area convenient access to the beach and beach walk. Weather prevented us from using the full outdoor facilities, but they looked inviting.
Shower grout could use a little work. Many people would love the property, but I prefer a location closer to more shops and restaurants.
Świetny apartament ze wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, duża lodówka. Salon z wygodnymi kanapami i telewizorem. Komfortowe 2 sypialnie, 2 osobne łazienki i duża garderoba - to wszystko sprawia, że czujesz się jak w domu. Przepiękny widok z apartamentu, z jednej strony ocean a z drugiej zatoka milionerów.
Do dyspozycji basen, ręczniki plażowe, parasol, leżaki. Idealnie! Centrum fitness - niestety nie skorzystaliśmy ale cudownie było pobiegać deptakiem przy plaży.

Bardzo zadbany , czysty , wygodny dla rodziny apartament w dobrej lokalizacji. Bezpłatny trolley , przystanek tuż przy obiekcie . Baseny świetne , obsługa uprzejma , bliskość do morza !
Appartement was prima, bedden goed en ruimte ok. Balkon keek uit op flat onder constructie maar wel deel naar de zee. Keuken veel spullen. Host super attent met de vragen. Ook de support bij receptie erg goed met vragen over activiteiten. Strand direct naast hotel.
Soms geen warm water bij douchen en muziek bij zwembad te hard. Ook was zwembad 1 te warm en beiden zoutwater.

nothing else around as far as restaurants or shopping. Hotel rules were strict (no water bottles allowed at pool). Elevator was broken first few days. In general, property updates are needed.
Beds were comfortable
Very rundown room. Stained couches. Broken blinds. Chipped mirrors. Noisy construction. Grainy television. Needs to be painted badly. Not an enjoyable stay.
Location is fantastic. The pool area and pool bar are great. Proximity to the bike along the ocean is fantastic
The wrist bands (which provide access to elevator, the room, and returning from the beach) don’t always work. Not a big deal but annoying. The view from our room was not very good due to building right next door going thru major renovation, but again, not a big deal.
