Ein bisschen mehr erwartet für den Preis
Pros:

Sehr bequemes Bett, gutes Frühstück, Meerblick, Garage

Cons:

Kleine (keineswegs böse gemeinte) Anregungen, die den Aufenthalt gleich um vieles komfortabler machen und dem rel. hohen Preis entsprechen würden: öfter Handtuchwechsel wäre toll. Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung vertragen (weg mit den Duschvorhängen), und ein Insektennetz wäre super! Die Liegen und Schirme am Strand könnten auch einmal erneuert werden.

Όλα σχεδόν τέλεια! Η θέα, η τοποθεσία, το προσωπικό, η παραλία...

Cons:

Ίσως κάποια πράγματα στο δωμάτιο/στα δωμάτια θα έπρεπε ν´ανακαινιστούν. Καλό θα ήταν και μία πετσετούλα στην κουζίνα, αν σκεφτόμαστε λίγο οικολογικά!

locatie balkonzicht was heel mooi, we keken uit op de zee

Cons:

vrij oud bed, airco was best luidruchtig. Lag aan drukke weg. Koffie bij ontbijt was niet te drinken....
Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding vond ik niet kloppen.
We kwamen nml net van Achilles Hill in Methoni waar we zo'n beetje hetzelfde betaalden als nu. Dat klopte echt niet volgens ons.

Pros:

The owners are keen to emphasise that this is a hotel, and it’s a point well made. It’s a hotel with extras. Hotel++, if you like. The extras are (at least in my room) the simple kitchen facilities - more than the kettle in the average uk hotel- as well as the delightful verandah, and also the lovely gardens dotted with chairs and loungers down to the beach.

Equally, though, it means you don’t get an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen or a living room with sofa. I’m not complaining, just trying to adjust your expectations. I was very happy here, and would happily visit again. The owner was always courteous and helpful, and forgiving when I arrived very late. (Do watch out for the Petalidi turning off the main road. If you start going UP you’ve gone too far.) In a lifetime of travel there have been few places I’ve felt more tranquil than on my balcony at the Grekis hotel.

Relaxing family holiday by the sea, cozy place, friendly and polite hospitality!
Pros:

Lovely beach right below the hotel! Nice little village within a short walk, Kalamata 40 mins by car, there was something for everyone! Top marks for cleanliness and politeness.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like!
