Všechno, kromě vrzajících podlah nad námi v apartmánech 5 a 6.

Cons:

Bydleli jsme v apartmánu 4.
Bohužel nepříjemně vrzající podlaha nad námi v apartmánech 5 a 6, nám kazila jinak dokonalý pobyt.

The best location for family ski trip

Als Basis für einen Wanderurlaub bestens geeignet, doch besonders nützlich für den Wintersport.
Pros:

Das Appartementhaus liegt auf 1500m Höhe am Ende einer kurvenreichen Bergstraße oberhalb von Weisspriach und Mariapfarr. Wer das Quartier im Winter ansteuern möchte benötigt sicherheitshalber Schneeketten. Die Luft ist fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, flexibel und stets um konkrete Lösungen bemüht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung überzeugte durch vergleichsweise viele Küchenutensilien, die teilweise sogar hochwertig waren wie z.B. die Spülmaschine oder die Knoblauchpresse. Der Handtuch- und Toilettenpapierservice war zuverlässig und es gab eine einladende Sauna samt Fitnessgeräten und Schischuhtrockenraum im Keller, die wir allerdings im Hochsommer nicht ausprobiert haben.

Cons:

Am Abend unserer Ankunft sowie den größeren Teil des folgenden Tages gab es kein warmes Wasser. Das wurde dann durch einen Techniker behoben. Ein Riss oben in der Dunstabzugshaube sorgt für etwas Fönwind in den Haaren beim Kochen, solange man größer als 175cm ist. Eine ähnliche Kleinigkeit stellte der ausgerissene Griff im Gemüsefach des ansonsten funktionalen Kühlschranks dar. Es gibt keinen Backofen, aber das war vorher bekannt und kann nicht kritisiert werden. Das Appartementhaus liegt unmittelbar neben einem Sessellift, der im Sommer an zwei Tagen in der Woche in Betrieb ist. Auch dies war zuvor bekannt. Das Geräusch ist bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht störend. Gleiches galt auch für den werktäglich zu vernehmenden Baulärm von der Baustelle eines Neubaus am Rande des Chaletdorfes hinter dem Skilift. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, aber auch dies für Großstädter wie uns nicht in auffälligem Maße.

Pros:

Prostorný světlý apartmán, vše dokonale čisté, ocenili jsme pohodlné matrace. U apartmánu velká terasa s jídelním stolem i lehátky, krásný výhled, všude okolo klid. Kuchyň opravdu dobře vybavená, všeho dostatek (nádobí, utěrky, tablety do myčky...). Lanovka hned vedle, v létě v provozu dvakrát v týdnu, jednou možnost využít bezplatně v rámci Lungau Card. Kartu jsme obdrželi zdarma k ubytování a denně využívali - další lanovky, outdoor park, hrad Mauterndorf, několik koupališť, minigolf... Doporučuji všem, kdo vyhledávají klidné ubytování a zároveň aktivní dovolenou.

Ruhige Lage und geräumige Wohnung
Pros:

Eine schöne Lage abseits vom Verkehr, direkt an der Seilbahn, am Rande eines Waldes. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Top sauber. Es wurde sogar nachts geheizt da die Nächte teilweise sehr kalt waren. Auch einen Wäschetrockner im Keller konnten wir nutzen, um die nach Regen naß gewordene Kleidung zu trocknen.
