Sehr nette Apartmentanlage mit hilfsbereiter Gastgeberin und toller Aussicht
Pros:

Wir (Paar aus Deutschland) waren eine Woche Ende September hier, wir hatten ein Apartment mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Die Anlage liegt oberhalb von Agia Pelagia in den Bergen und die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Der Weg hinauf war mit dem Mietwagen auch zu bewältigen. Pepy, die Besitzerin, hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, es gab Obst, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. Das Apartment war sauber, Geschirr, Töpfe etc. für ein Frühstück oder für einfache Gerichte war vorhanden, das Bett fanden wir sehr bequem . Die Aussicht vom Balkon toll! Ein paar Treppenstufen hinunter war der Pool, den wir morgens sogar immer allein hatten. Pepy hat uns Tipps für Restaurants geschickt und war immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts, aber als kleiner Hinweis: Die Toilettenspülung hat nicht besonders viel Power.

Ik heb ongelooflijk genoten van mijn verblijf. De studio had alles wat ik nodig had, was heel proper
Pros:

De rust en de fijne sfeer. Het terras en het uitzicht waren fantastisch. Pepy was supervriendelijk en stond altijd klaar om te helpen. Alles was kraaknet en aan het zwembad met zicht op zee kon je wegdromen en genieten. Een auto is een must, maar voor die rit naar nymphes apartments toe krijg je wel totale rust in ruil en zo kan je alles op het eiland makkelijk bereiken. Ideaal voor een vakantie waarbij relaxen centraal staat.

Zeer slechte ervaring!
De service was ongelooflijk slecht en de accommodatie komt totaal niet overeen met de beschrijving. Het verblijf ligt helemaal bovenop een berg, ver weg van het stadscentrum en volledig geïsoleerd. Het is onmogelijk om er te komen zonder een eigen auto, en te voet is het absoluut niet bereikbaar.

De faciliteiten worden niet onderhouden, het zwembad is verwaarloosd en de eigenaresse is erg onvriendelijk. Er is geen airconditioning, het bed is oud, vies en extreem oncomfortabel. Zowel de lakens als de handdoeken waren vuil, en alle meubels en spullen in de kamer zijn versleten en kapot.

Overal zitten kakkerlakken, en in de middag wordt de plek overspoeld door giftige rode wespen, wat het onmogelijk maakt om je vrij te bewegen – zeker voor mensen met insectenangst. Daarnaast is er voortdurend overlast van vliegen en ongedierte.

Privacy bestaat er niet: de deuren kunnen niet van binnenuit worden afgesloten, en meerdere keren is de schoonmaakster mijn kamer binnengekomen zonder te kloppen.

Absoluut af te raden – een verschrikkelijke plek om te verblijven!

Exceptional
Pros:

We very much enjoyed the view, the patio, and how Peppy was so accommodating and kind. She has wonderful books about Crete which she lent us and we found helpful. We enjoyed the the unit, the beds were very good, and the kitchenette functioned for us for breakfast and snack time. The pool was a welcome respite from heat. One should be aware that the location of these apartments requires a car ( which Pepy will help arrange for you in town) because it is very high into the mountains. If one is scared of narrow dirt roads, this may not be the place fornyou. BUT the apartments are WELL worth the drive and stay.
We would absolutely return to Nymphes.

Cons:

We had not been told that there was maid service and on our last day the maid knocked on the door offering to clean. It would have been nice to have had thisboffwr 2 days earlier. Also, we did not know where to leave the room key, that would have been helpful.
