Litsa Mare Apartments

Я уже была ранее в Агии-Пелагии, знала город и понимала что расположение этих апартаментов мне очень подходит. Близко к пляжу и магазинам, не возле дороги, тихо и спокойно. Апартаменты чистые, вся мебель и техника исправные. Уборка была каждый день: подметали, мыли пол, меняли полотенца и заправляли кровати, выносили мусор. Манолис очень вежливый, дружелюбный, приятный человек. Помог по моей просьбе организовать нам трансфер оба раза в аэропорт и не взял за это никакой дополнительной оплаты. В апартаментах мы могли приготовить еду, сварить кофе или сделать чай, горячая вода была всегда, холодильник и морозилка исправные. В апартаментах исправно работает кондиционер, что очень здорово для жаркой погоды летом.

I spent 9 nights at Litsa Mare Apartments with my mother, and it was exactly the kind of beach apartment stay we were looking for. The place fully matches its category – an apartment-style hotel equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing and independent stay. The kitchenette had all the essentials, and the room was comfortable and functional.

The location is great, just steps from the beach, although the beach itself is quite narrow. Still, there is a wide variety of tavernas, restaurants, and shops nearby, including places where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, and anything else you might need if you prefer cooking at home.

It's a quiet side street in the center of Agia Pelagia, but very close to the beach front, so you can walk there in 5 minutes or less. Perfect for families with children. The next supermarket is close. There are also two other beaches which you can reach in walking distance.

Great location as it is close to the beach but sheltered from the noise. Clean room including a small kitchen which offers everything you need. Comfortable bed.
The owner Manolis is very kind and takes great care of the property and his customers. He was always happy to help and quick if we needed anything.

Excellent location, within 5 minutes walk from the beach, from the supermarket and the tavernas.
Very quiet at the same time - no loud noises during the day or at nighttime.
The kitchenette allows quiet breakfast and efficient cooking.
The air-conditioning functions properly and makes even the hottest days very pleasant.
The rooms are very clean - a discrete and pleasant lady cleans the rooms every day and changes the towels and bedding every three days.
The landlord is warm, sympathetic and helpful in every possible way.
