Lovely week away but would have been nice to have sat by the pool now and then.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, staff very friendly, breakfast buffet is brilliant and has everything you could want. Small shop with all essentials. Location is great, near the beach and Chania.

Cons:

Only fault is STOP allowing people to reserve sun-beds with towels.

Beds reserved before breakfast and then not using them for hours or some not using them at all because they are for their children. Take towels away if not used like some other hotels do ! Pool area is not big enough to allow this.

Propreté de l’établissement dans son intégralité l’amabilité du personnel avec un clin d’œil à Hélèna à l’accueil pour sa patience dû à notre maîtrise de l’anglais très scolaire et aussi au personnel de ménage souvent oublié et donc bravo à Alma

Cons:

Privilégiér une piscine sur les 3 pour un endroit plus Zen car pour la période de début septembre bcp d’enfants rien contre mais très bruyant

The most wonderful hotel - highly recommend staying here!
Pros:

The location is perfect. Beach is 5 minutes walk, taxi to the old town is less than 10 minutes and there are lovely restaurants 15 minutes walk away. The food and drinks at the hotel are delicious. Definitely try the club sandwich!
All the staff were friendly and helpful. Maisonette was cleaned daily and had everything we needed for our stay. Having a minimart on site was perfect, we used it daily for freshly baked bread, cheese, ham, tomatoes, drinks etc.
It is a beautiful hotel with lots of well kept flowers and trees. Wifi signal is strong throughout. Aircon worked perfectly both upstairs and downstairs.
This is our second stay because we loved it so much last time and it was just as wonderful, we would highly recommend staying here! A real home from home!

Pros:

Stellina village sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella lähellä Hanian kaupunkia. Lähistöltä löytyy ihania uimarantoja mm Golden beach, jonne matkaa vain muutama satametriä. Stellina Village on erittäin siisti hotelli ja koko henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Tämä oli meille toinen vierailu samassa hotellissa ja varmasti tullaan uudestaan.

Cons:

Lähistöllä suppeampi ravintolavalikoima verrattuna Agia Marinaan tai Plataniakseen. Meillä oli koko loma ajan vuokra-auto käytössä joten tämäkään ei ollut ongelma ja toki julkisilla ja taksilla olisi päästy liikkumaan.

Лучший отель для пляжного отпуска!
Pros:

Нам очень понравился отель! Нам достался огромный номер с большой терассой, было довольно чисто и приятно там находиться. На столе нас ждал комплимент. Персонал очень приятный, всё объяснили и провели. Есть своя парковка, примерно на 10 машин. В нескольких минутах ходьбы от лучшего пляжа Ханьи. Завтраки были разнообразны.

Cons:

Кондиционер дул прямо на кровать из-за чего мы не могли его использовать.

Över förväntan
Pros:

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal, väldigt rent och fräscht. Mycket yta och bra location på rummen, gott om solstolar. Frukosten hade allt man kunde önska sig. Supermarket inne på hotellområdet och även 150m bort. Både kyl och en liten frys på rummet som uppskattades mycket. Allt som allt en väldigt positiv upplevelse, väldigt prisvärt!

המתנו לטכנאי עד שעה 22.30 ללא מענה.
נאלצנו לעזוב למלון אחר.
אנחנו מצפים שלפני קבלת החדר המלון יבצע בדיקה שהכל תקין בטח בעונה חמה זו.
לטענת המלון המזגן תוקן ב 23.00.
לא נראה לנו הגיוני להמתין עד 23.00 לתיקון מזגן.
בשעה 22.00 הוצע לנו חדר חלופי עם 20 מדרגות בחדר להגיע לחדר שינה - לא הגיוני בעליל.
אכזבה גדולה מהשרות .
כנראה שהמלון מלא השרות ממש לא שרות.
לא ממליץ על המלון.


We are writing to express our deep disappointment with the service we received during our recent stay.

We were given an apartment with a non-functioning air conditioner, and we waited for a technician until *22:30*, with no resolution. At that hour, we had no choice but to leave and find another hotel.
We expect the hotel to check that all facilities are working *before* guests check in — especially during the hot season.
According to the hotel, the air conditioner was fixed at *23:00* — but expecting guests to wait until that hour for basic comfort is unacceptable.
At *22:00*, we were offered a replacement room with *20 internal steps* leading to the bedroom — something completely unreasonable for us.
This experience was very disappointing. It seems the hotel was fully booked and could not provide proper service.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel to others, and we request a full refund for that night.

THEFT IN THE ROOM AND COMPLETE INDIFFERENCE FROM STAFF
Cons:

This is the first time I’m writing a negative review, but staying silent is impossible. I hope this helps someone avoid a similar experience.

Backstory: we checked into the hotel late at night, and in the morning after breakfast, we went to the beach. We were out of the room from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. We didn’t hang the “Don't disturb” sign, but as it turns out, here that automatically counts as permission for housekeeping even though we had checked in only 12 hours earlier. When we returned, the room had been cleaned.

When I needed some cash, I discovered that all the large bills were gone (only small ones $1 and $2 were left, neatly rearranged in the main wallet compartment, almost as if to divert attention). All the money stored separately in my passport was also gone. Later, we realized the thief had also taken my girlfriend’s ring.

At the front desk, we were met with complete indifference: “This has never happened before,” “Our staff would never,” “You probably misplaced it.” Then they even started blaming us: “Why didn’t you use the safe?”. We also found out there are no cameras on the premises, no security, the fence is purely symbolic, and the gates are open 24/7 meaning anyone can walk in. When we asked them to call the police, they said “Call yourself.” They only reluctantly gave us the tourist police number after some arguing. We had to go to the station ourselves (address: Stefanou Zografaki 3a, Galatas 731 00, Greece, link https://maps.app.goo.gl/wJ8niJCQ9CXYUxtG7?g_st=atm) and file a report. The police said they would contact the hotel.

When we got back—no support, no explanations, no effort to investigate. Our request to speak with the manager and the staff member who cleaned our room was simply ignored. No apologies, no compensation just total indifference, as if this kind of thing is normal here and everyone’s used to tourists leaving without making a fuss.

Resort style living in great location.
Pros:

Resort was wonderful. Best breakfast I had at any resort. Location was central to three beaches. Each beach walking distance and facing different directions, therefore you can find a calm beach, based on wind direction. 10 minute drive to the old port city of Chania, also bus stop close by. Very clean, large apartments with balconies. Great pools, gym, and luggage storage area.
