Wonderful location, comfortable rooms, and brilliant staff, though the bathroom could use some love.
Pros:

We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly located, just a 3–4 minute walk from three different beaches. There's a small shop on the corner, and a large supermarket about 15 minutes away on foot, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.

The staff truly made our stay special. I would rate them 10 out of 10! Everyone we encountered was incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool area was also a great spot to relax before or after a day at the beach.

Our room came with two A/C units, one in the bedroom and one in the living area, and both worked efficiently, cooling the space within minutes. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the sitting area was a pleasant place to unwind. The bathroom was functional overall, though the bath, shower fittings, and curtain are due for an upgrade and could use some attention.

The bus station is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, making it very convenient if you'd like to spend some time in Chania's old town.

Pros:

The location was seamless, Very good access to chania downtown, Very beautiful clean beaches, restraunt...
The rooms were clean and was cared regularly.
Rooms were quite big.

Cons:

The biggest issue during our stay was the bathroom. The shower was neither a standard walk-in shower nor a bathtub, making it quite difficult and uncomfortable to use. Although we managed, the single curtain did not prevent water from splashing all over the bathroom floor, leaving it wet and slippery after every shower. It felt unsafe, and I believe the bathroom would benefit from a complete renovation.

The hairdryer also did not work properly, as only the hottest setting functioned.

Overall, the room felt quite outdated. If possible, I recommend booking one of the hotel's newly renovated rooms, as I believe the experience would be much better and you could fully enjoy both the property and its excellent location.

One additional disappointment was related to our reservation. This booking was an extension of an earlier stay at the same hotel. We had called the hotel in advance and were assured that we could remain in the same room throughout our stay. Unfortunately, this arrangement was not honored, and we had to change rooms in the middle of our trip, which was inconvenient and disrupted our vacation.

Pros:

The hotel was close by local beach and away from chania which is a mess with cars and noise.

We didn't have any problems the kids wish the pool could of closed little later but it closes at 6

We like our stay in this hotels. Feels like home. We will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

I really do like the property because it’s close to our favourite beach. I like how it is built and, looks like all room has a good view it’s either by the swimming pool or the garden.
Swimming pool was big enough. And they have a bar by the pool where you can order snacks and drinks. One lady was very friendly even though she couldn’t speak much English.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about it is, that the aircondition in the living room was place too high on walls that it couldn’t cool-down the whole living room. So my son that slept in the living room couldn’t have a good night sleep. Plus it gets pretty light early in the morning because it has a windows high up on the walls without blinds or curtains. Door in the bathroom has to slammed it just to close it. Trashcans in the toilet makes too much noise every time you throw a garbage. Some furniture was a little outdated. But we didn’t mind because it was clean anyway.
Some of the employees looks very unfriendly or maybe unhappy.

Rimelig, med gode fasiliteter
Pros:

Vi var der 3 netter først, deretter reiste vi rundt på øya før vi avsluttet med en natt til. Rent og pent, hyggelig personale. Fin pris. Det er tredje gang vi bruker Flamingos, det er ikke siste gang. Beliggenheten er fin, men kort vei til flott strand. Rolige omgivelser, fine restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet.

Cons:

Litt bråkete aircondition en natt, måtte skru den av.

Close to the beach
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful people. Clean comfortable rooms with small kitchen area. Hairdryer provided in the bathroom along with some toiletries. Nice pool with a pool bar serving food and drinks. Table and chairs with an umbrella on the balcony.
