Pros:

We had a wonderful vacation at Porto Matrouh sea view. The place is wonderful, family-friendly, very comfortable, all services are available, and the sea view is amazing. Dr. AbdelMoneim was very accomodating and made our stay very comfortable. Special thanks to Dr. AbdelMoneim and his team. We are definitely recommending the place and by God's will coming back again..

Pros:

Just location of the apartment, right next to the beach.

Cons:

Well firstly the owner should've mentioned that's its out of season and the whole complex was like a ghost town, nothing open we were the only family. To buy something you had to go to the city centre. The only time I saw the owner was when he came to give the key to the apartment, never saw him again.

The sheets weren’t clean, they asked us to clean it ourselves, they made us buy detergent also to clean the sheets !!!!!

They knocked on the door, before check out like more than half and hour ???

Okayesh stay at Porto Matrouh
Pros:

The place is good and the family atmosphere can be felt in Porto Matrouh as whole. The unit has good air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. There's also a well equipped kitchen with pots, microwave and water boiler to make tea. So it was convenient for our stay. The garden is also very good and had swing and table and chairs.

Cons:

The staff interaction wasn't that good. They reached out and knocked the door multiple times
before checkout time which was annoying. At the end they asked just to leave the key. The chalet wasn't well cleaned and you can see coffee stains in the table. It's also far from the city center so you need a car and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the city.
