Pros:

Custo benefício muito bom. Não tem muitas opções na TV, só a progamação de TV aberta. Mas tudo bem limpo e com os iítens essenciais para quem vai dormir apenas.
Recomendável para quem busca uma opção acessível e com estacionamento seguro.

Cons:

Alguns itens no apartamento estão um tanto deteriorados (mesa, sofá, por exemplo)
O acesso era por reconhecimento facial, mandei as imangens como o sistema pede, mas não consegui acessar desta forma.
Conversei com um atendente que resolveu logo.
