Un cantiere, scarsissima pulizia.

If you want to ruin your vacation, this is the perfect place. I arrived at 12PM after announcing this fact twice in advance. After a 30 min wait, the owner (a gentleman who wanted to seem like a dirty, smelly, dirty-paint guy) woke up and started commenting that those with me at this hour and that I would sleep in the car. After telling me about his life that he lived in Sicily for 20 years, the mafia guy told me that the room shown was not actually my room and that we would discuss moving tomorrow if we wanted. I just wonder why he gave me the room to someone else or why he is lying on booking. I'm sorry that I can't upload videos to show you that the toilet didn't flush and there was a bunch of hair and a coin in it. Everything was miserable, starting from the sheets, the mattress from 30 years ago, the walls painted that day (it didn't smell anything) and much more in the room. The ventilation hasn't been cleaned for at least 15 years, noise at 1am that made you feel like you were sleeping with someone else in the bed. After seeing that the toilet wasn't working I preferred to drive another hour and pay 200e per night instead of staying there. I've only described 20% of the whole story..

I've always given good reviews even when the accomodation didn't meet some of the ammenities but they always made it up more than enough with their behaviour and respect, but when even the latter lacks thats when it takes the cake and say enough. First of all i tried to let them know that i was arriving at a certain time and no response, tried to messagge and call from my number and still no response. The location had bad service so i couldn't call via whatsapp so i had to go to a bakery nearby and asked the cashier to help me and they were kind enough to call the number and suprise... the number was turned off, i had to stay outside and endure the heat of 35 degrees and a scorching sun and then a neighbour called for someone and this man came. No introduction, no salutation just shouted WHAT IS YOUR NAME. He took the keys and took me to the third floor i had 3 bags a bagpack and a luggage and not even once offered to help. Confused on what room to give me, he showed me a room where the bedsheets were dirty and had an awful smell, the pillowcases were dirty and moldy and i think there was some bodily fluid (pictures attached). I had to spray all my bodyspray to cover the stench but it was impossible. Tried to find someone of the maintance staff and they were nowhere to be found. Three nights pass and the cleaning lady shows up on my last day to clean. Very dissapointed i couldn't wait to get out. Next time i'll be happy to pay 500 euros or more just to get at least the basic needs, but i couldn't let all these things to ruin my vacations.

All'arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa un'ora e mezza per il check-in. Quando il titolare è arrivato, invece di scusarsi per il ritardo, ci ha rimproverato per aver cercato di contattarlo con messaggi e telefonate e ha fatto alcune battute di cattivo gusto.
La signora delle pulizie è stata sempre gentile, ma lavorava in condizioni che ci sono sembrate difficili. Non parlava inglese e, in assenza del titolare, era impossibile comunicare con lei quando avevamo bisogno di assistenza, ad esempio al momento del check-in.
Inoltre, più volte la pulizia della camera è stata effettuata molto tardi, anche intorno alle 23:00, proprio quando rientravamo dopo la giornata. Pur avendo detto che non era necessario cambiare gli asciugamani a quell'ora, il titolare arrivava, alzava la voce con la signora delle pulizie e la obbligava a continuare il lavoro mentre noi eravamo ancora in camera. È stata una situazione molto spiacevole e imbarazzante.
Infine, la presenza di numerose zanzare ha reso difficile dormire. Solo la porta del balcone era dotata di zanzariera, mentre la finestra del bagno ne era priva, permettendo agli insetti di entrare facilmente. Abbiamo riportato numerose punture, alcune particolarmente estese e fastidiose.

The studios are very dated, the kitchenette and utensils were very old, the cupboards where falling a part. The studio needed a proper deep clean.

Servizi, camera.

Nenájdem absolútne nič. Jedine menšie mínus, ak má človek auto a príde na ubytovanie večer po 22 - 23 hod, tak má trošku problém zaparkovať.
