Apartamentul este situat în centrul orașului, totul este nou și foarte bine întreținut.

Ciao Akis, è stato un piacere conoscerti, tutto è stato perfetto, la casa è esattamente con descritta e come rappresentata nelle foto!!! Torneremo sicuramene da te.

Siamo stati molto bene in questo appartamento, la posizione è ottima perché è centrale ma non rumoroso. Da qui si raggiungono bene tutte le spiagge più belle. Akis il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, siamo stati benissimo..torneremo!

Absolut tot ,curatenie impecabila,locatia foarte buma,totul nou cu toate facilitatile inclusiv fier de calcat . Pacare .

Apartamentul este spatios,echipat cu toate lucrurile de care ai nevoie si cel mai important EXTREM DE CURAT (este unul dintre putinele apartamente in care sotia mea nu a avut nimic de reprosat in privinta curateniei).
Propietarul Akis este foarte implicat si un om deosebit.
Multumim pentru tot si abea asteptam sa ne revedem si in noua locatie pe care o vei deschide in 2027.



The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything you need, and—most importantly—EXTREMELY CLEAN (it is one of the few apartments where my wife found absolutely nothing to fault regarding cleanliness).
The owner, Akis, is very dedicated and a wonderful person.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο, εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα χρειάζεστε και —το σημαντικότερο— ΠΕΝΤΑΚΑΘΑΡΟ (είναι ένα από τα λίγα διαμερίσματα στα οποία η σύζυγός μου δεν βρήκε απολύτως κανένα ψεγάδι όσον αφορά την καθαριότητα).
Ο ιδιοκτήτης, ο Άκης, είναι πολύ αφοσιωμένος και υπέροχος άνθρωπος.
Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα· ανυπομονούμε να σας ξαναδούμε στη νέα τοποθεσία που θα ανοίξετε το 2027.

Houst, location, cleanliness, terrace wiew...

We are very satisfied about the accomodation.Great apartment,clean and the owner Akis is so kind.The view is beautiful and you have all you need(iron,toaster,coffe machine,glasses,etc)

Everything was great. The apartment is very neat, has everything you need. Beautiful terrace with a sea view. Every recommendation.

We spent a wonderful week at Unique Aura Luxury Studios and loved every moment. The apartment is exactly as pictured: modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with its own private parking, which is a big plus. Supermarkets and other shops are just steps away, and a large supermarket is only a five-minute drive. It’s less than a five-minute stroll to the lively town centre of Neos Marmaras, yet the location is peaceful, facing a calm road, so nights are perfectly restful.

The balcony is a highlight: it offers a lovely view and is equipped with racks for hanging towels and beach gear, plus a wall tap so you can rinse off sand after enjoying the gorgeous beaches of this beautiful peninsula which is extremely convenient. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent with fast, reliable internet, and the strong air-conditioning kept the apartment cool even on hot afternoons.

Our host Akis was exceptional: responsive, genuinely welcoming, and ready to help with anything. He offered excellent
recommendations for beaches and restaurants, which made our stay even better. As an avid traveller, this visit reminded me of the pre-pandemic days when hosts truly cared about their guests. If you remember that era, you’ll appreciate the hospitality here; if you’re new to travelling, book a stay to discover what hosting should feel like.

Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πρόθυμος σε ότι ζητήσουμε, το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό,υπήρχε πάρκινγκ και η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή για να βγει το βράδυ

For us it was 10/10. Perfect for our family: 2 big beds, clean, modern, nice terrace with sea view, AC, parking, close to city center by walking distance. Very nice host, ready to help anytime. We strongly recommend it, it's a great choise!

Very very clean and new. Host was great.
Bed was very confortable and the bathroom new and clean. All was great. We stayed with our children and the liked it a lot.
The room like few steps from ciry center

We had a wonderful stay at this studio in Greece. Everything was very clean and well organized, and the location close to the center allowed us to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Akis was extremely kind and always willing to help us with any information, which made the experience even more pleasant. The highlight was the stunning sea view, which impressed us from the very first day. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!
