We are very satisfied about the accomodation.Great apartment,clean and the owner Akis is so kind.The view is beautiful and you have all you need(iron,toaster,coffe machine,glasses,etc)

We spent a wonderful week at Unique Aura Luxury Studios and loved every moment. The apartment is exactly as pictured: modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with its own private parking, which is a big plus. Supermarkets and other shops are just steps away, and a large supermarket is only a five-minute drive. It’s less than a five-minute stroll to the lively town centre of Neos Marmaras, yet the location is peaceful, facing a calm road, so nights are perfectly restful.

The balcony is a highlight: it offers a lovely view and is equipped with racks for hanging towels and beach gear, plus a wall tap so you can rinse off sand after enjoying the gorgeous beaches of this beautiful peninsula which is extremely convenient. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent with fast, reliable internet, and the strong air-conditioning kept the apartment cool even on hot afternoons.

Our host Akis was exceptional: responsive, genuinely welcoming, and ready to help with anything. He offered excellent
recommendations for beaches and restaurants, which made our stay even better. As an avid traveller, this visit reminded me of the pre-pandemic days when hosts truly cared about their guests. If you remember that era, you’ll appreciate the hospitality here; if you’re new to travelling, book a stay to discover what hosting should feel like.

For us it was 10/10. Perfect for our family: 2 big beds, clean, modern, nice terrace with sea view, AC, parking, close to city center by walking distance. Very nice host, ready to help anytime. We strongly recommend it, it's a great choise!

Very very clean and new. Host was great.
Bed was very confortable and the bathroom new and clean. All was great. We stayed with our children and the liked it a lot.

We had a wonderful stay at this studio in Greece. Everything was very clean and well organized, and the location close to the center allowed us to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Akis was extremely kind and always willing to help us with any information, which made the experience even more pleasant. The highlight was the stunning sea view, which impressed us from the very first day. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

The location is very good right in the center with awesome view from the balcony, it was very clean and the owner is very kind, i enjoyed a lot.

This year I had a chance to relax in the city of Neos Marmaras, at the Unique Aura Luxury Studios hotel.We liked everything: the cleanliness in the room, the comfort, the comfortable bed.Very convenient location in the center. Camera arată fix ca în poze, o cameră foarte curată, este situată fix în centru, acces ușor la restaurantele și cluburile din zona, 5 min de plaja Paradisos, numele proprietarului este Akis și dacă ai nevoie de ceva, te ajută numaidecât. I stayed in the room between 11-18.08.2025. The room looks exactly like in the pictures, a very clean room, it is located right in the center, easy access to restaurants and clubs in the area, 5 min from Paradisos beach, the owner's name is Akis and if you need anything, he helps you immediately. I recommend this location!!🔝

Fantastic studio apartment, very modern, specious and extremely clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony view of the seaside is very nice. The property is located just few a few steps away from the vivid city center of Neos Marmaras and has a private parking. The host Akis is super friendly, always willing to assist and share useful tips and recommendations for the best beach spots in the area or local restaurants. We enjoyed every single minute of our stay there.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Neos Marmaras. The location could not have been better – right in the center of town, so we were close to shops, restaurants, but at the same time it was in a quiet street where we could relax without any noise. Parking was very convenient, just 20 meters away, in a safe and secure area, which made things so much easier for us.

The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils, appliances, and essentials, which made cooking simple and enjoyable. On the third day, the room was cleaned and refreshed, which was a lovely detail that made us feel well taken care of.

Akis, the owner, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. He gave us great tips for the area and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Neos Marmaras. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
