Gemütliche, durchdachte, saubere Unterkunft mit guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Am ersten morgen gab es ein sehr leckeres Frühstück auf‘s Haus. Sehr freundliche Menschen. Sehr süß und familiär. Zimmer sind etwas klein aber komfortabel. Sehr sauber, Reinigungspersonal nimmt sich Zeit und macht ihre Arbeit ordentlich.
Einige durchdachte Kleinigkeiten, welche letztendlich zu einem einwandfreien Aufenthalt geführt haben.

Cons:

Ein Wasserkocher wäre schön gewesen für den Morgenkaffe aber ging auch mit der kleinen Stilkanne.

Very good place, perfect location (its near the center about 7 minutes by walk yet very calm area, not noise)the host is very welcoming and kind, I had certain questions and she explained very thoroughly, the hotel is new and comfortable, even little
kitchen in the room which is very convenient, with greek vibes(blue and white...) there was a big bottle of water in the fridge as a nice gesture, to sum up if you want to safely stay at very beautiful and comfortable hotel you are here!😍

Pros:

We have stayed here for the second time and our expectation were completely satisfied. Everything was excellent, location of the accommodation, conformity of the room, cleanness. Among all, I would like to emphasize great hospitality and kindness of people who work there, especially, Mrs. Dora. We will definitely stay in the Akrotiri next summer.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The terrace offered a beautiful sea view, which made our mornings and evenings even more special.
The hosts were extremely kind, warm and welcoming. They made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay, and one morning they even surprised us with breakfast, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. The room was cleaned every day.
The peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful garden made this place perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location was excellent and everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Neos Marmaras and would definitely love to come back. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel and we would recommend it.
Pros:

Everything was perfect, the room coziness, the cleaness, the bathroom and toilet were convinient and very clean. The bed was nice an comfortable. We even got a special treatment from our host which was an amzing surprise.

Cons:

The room was a bit noisy especially during morning hours. The noise was coming from the corridor outside our room, probably from other guests. We informed the host and the issue improved a bit. In addition, we noticed that the AC cooling system of the room had an automated switch off regime (which we forgot to mention to our host), because during the night it was switching off on its own.

Veoma prijatan ambijent. Osoblje hotela veoma ljubazno i uvek spremno da pomogne. Jedno jutro su nas iznenadili i gratis doruckom. Soba se cisti svaki dan i svaki dan cist peskir. Higijena na vrhunskom nivou. Osecas se kao kod kuce! Hotel je na samo 300 metara od centra.

Empfehlung, die vom Herzen kommt ❤️
Pros:

Die Gastgeberin Dora und ihr Mann haben uns herzlich in Empfang genommen. Beide haben eine super schöne Ausstrahlung und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer winzigen Badebucht für ein ruhiges und entspanntes Badeerlebnis. Nur auf die Seeigel muss man aufpassen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, wir hatten eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Herd und Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Wir sind froh, das Akrotiri-Hotel ausgewählt zu haben und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
