Pros:

Very good location in the city center. The views from the apartment are amazing, and the owner is very kind and helpful. The apartment is clean and cleaned daily. I highly recommend it.

Pros:

Locatia este pozitionata in centrul statiunii, aproape de zona de promenada, terase, magazine, dar totusi am avut parte de liniste, apartamentul este bine izolat. Am fost întâmpinați cu o sticla de vin la sosire si in frigider ne astepta si o sticla de apa, perfecta dupa un drum lung. Proprietara isi da silinta sa te faca sa te simti binevenit, este foarte prietenoasa si saritoare daca ai nevoie de ajutor. Camera a fost frumos amenajata, curata, dar cel mai mult ne-a placut terasa cu vedere spre mare. Bonus, la parter puteti manca niste clatite delicioase atat sarate, cat si dulci. Daca mai ajungem in Neos Marmaras ne vom intoarce cu drag ❤️

Cons:

Nu exista locuri de parcare disponibile in jur, se ocupa foarte repede, dar asta e in general o problema a statiunii, nu a apartamentului. Ne-am obisnuit totusi sa parcam într-o parcare mare publica la vreo 7-8 minute de mers pe jos. :)

Modern and cozy but....
Pros:

Very modern and cozy apartment, bed is very confortable. Big balcony. They change towels and sheets

Cons:

The location:it is perfect if you like to be in the middle of hustle and bustle, but it isnt case for us. It is difficult to sleep with the music from the pubs.
Lack of essencial things such as microwave, toaster, coffee maker..

Neos apartment
Pros:

In the heart of the city, close to shops, taverns, walkways.
Very big room, good water pressure, hot water at any hour, cleaning done daily, sheets changed every 3 days.
The owner is kind and helpfull. Their store downstairs My Crepes is full in the evening. Very nice and hard working family.

Cons:

It's very rare to find a parking spot near the place. You would have to go up to the main road to park and walk back.
