Pros:

Apartamentul foarte spatios; pot sta fara probleme doua familii.
De asemenea, accesul la toate facilitatile complexului Alpin reprezinta un mare dezavantaj.
In camera a fost cald.
Piscina cu apa calda, saunele, jacuzii, piscinele pentru copii foarte ok.
In perioda sezonului de ski, exista shuttle la partie, fara cost suplimentar. De asemenea, se poate inchiria echipament de la hotel.

Cons:

Restaurantul isi pierde calitatea de la an la an. Preturi foarte mari raportat la cantitate.
Checkin-ul la ora 16:00 si checkout-ul la 11:00 sunt de luat in calcul...

apartamentul foarte curat. proprietarull a fost extraordinar de comunicativ. vom reveni cu siguranță

nu tine de apartament, ci de Hotelul Alpin in sine. aveti grija cu plata la room service, cand comandați mancare in camera. sfatul meu sa nu fie plătite decât la plecare. noi am plătit si cash cand am primit mâncarea dar am pus si pe camera, si la plecare ne- am trezit cu alta nota de plata.

Minibucatarie doar cu numele.
Aparat de cafea inutil fara capsule strict specializate.
Minifrigider dedicat minibarului care nu poate fi folosit pentru resursele personale.
Lipsa tacâmuri, vesela și banalul tirbușon.
Mocheta relativ curata de aceiași vârstă cu mobilierul.
Minifrigider nefuncțional in dormitor.
Parcare rezervată preferențial pentru clienți favorizați.
Personal piscina slab calificat privind sauna și ușor nepoliticos. Nu a fost în stare să înțeleagă faptul că sauna trebuie periodic aerisita.
