Cadre et jardin très soigné, équipe sympa et réactive, logement juste pour une famille

Le cadre est très agréable, propre et entretenu avec de beaux jardins

Cons:

Nous avons été relogé dans ce logement en urgence par Booking suite à un problème avec un autre prestataire, donc notre avis est biaisé. Si le logement et le cadre est agréable, le logement en tant que tel est juste, voir peu adapté pour une famille de 4 et il ne correspondait pas du tout au séjour que nous avions initialement prévu. Le canapé lit n'était pas très confortable, mal placé (devant la baie vitrée), cela reste un lit d'appoint. Pour autant, l'équipe, réactive et sympathique a changé le matelas. Nous avons gagner en Comfort. Peu de vaisselle, chauffe-eau juste pour une famille de 4, Le moteur de clim de la chambre est devant la baie vitrée donc renvoie l'air chaud (et le bruit) dans le logement, et réchauffe la terrasse qui est pourtant très agréable. Notre avis est mitigé et dans l'ensemble, probablement trop cher pour la prestation, mais sans doute aligné sur les prix du marché de cette région huppée.

Pros:

L'emplacement ideal pour visiter Porto Rotondo et ses alentours.
Nous avons eu un problème de serrures en début de séjour, et nous avons été relogés immédiatement dans un autre appartement, sans frais supplémentaires.
Un grand merci à Marina, la gérante, pour son efficacité et sa gentillesse.
