Non è tutto oro quel che luccica
Pros:

Le ragazze filippine che hanno fatto le pulizie, molto in gamba. La posizione sarebbe buona, ma non venite a fine settembre- inizio ottobre perché nulla intorno è aperto... quindi tocca andare in città per semplicemente mangiare...

Cons:

Rumori della strada fastidiosi, puzza di smog, rumori interni alla struttura, al pianto terra, sembrava che si accendesse una serranda ogni 5 minuti e di notte era molto fastidioso. Per essere una pensione, il prezzo è troppo alto.

- Pulizie e cambio biancheria infrasettimanale
- Posizione comoda per raggiungere le principali spiagge e centro di Skiatos (con auto o mezzi pubblici)
- Aria condizionata

Cons:

- Camera affacciata su strada principale, molto trafficata di giorno ed anche notte (cosa che ci impediva si tenere aperta la finestra ed evitare Aria condizionata)
- Ristorante Kebab al piano terra

Camera da letto ampia e pulita.
Biancheria da letto e da bagno pulita.
Macchina Nespresso.
A meta strada tra il centro e le spiagge di interesse.

Cons:

Il bagno con la tenda e i problemi di pressione acqua della doccia.
Gli scarichi del lavandino e della doccia erano lenti.
Rumorosità, la camera affaccia direttamente sulla strada principale e l'insonorizzazione era insufficiente.
Frigorifero con sponde mancanti e sportello freezer con maniglia rotta.

Pros:

Il ragazzo che ci ha fatto il check in è stato gentilissimo, è venuto a prenderci all'aeroporto e si è preoccupato che avessimo tutto ciò di cui potessimo necessitare.
Abbiamo richiesto i fuochi per cucinare in camera e ci ha portato subito tutto l'occorrente.

La stanza è dotata di phon, asciugamani, una piccola cucina attrezzata e aria condizionata.
Gli spostamenti sono facili perché pur non essendo in centro è a 10 metri dalla fermata del pullman e da un piccolo market.

Pros:

Io e mia sorella abbiamo passato una settimana a rigas room. Ci siamo trovate benissimo. Ottima posizione, sulla strada principale a metà tra il porto e altre spiagge. Abbiamo girato con l’autobus, molto comodo, la fermata è sotto casa. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, molto disponibile, ci ha anche accompagnate all’aeroporto. Le condizioni della camera ottime, non sono presenti i fornelli ma la pulizia viene svolta dallo staff ogni tre giorni. Tutto ottimo !
