Manolis' House

It was very central, clean, friendly. The staff and owners went above and beyond. Great sized swimming pool and great for families! The gardens are beautiful. Other family members stayed in hotels and said that they would much rather have stayed where we was and they paid triple the price. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Local Supermarket at the bottom of the road and a bakery 2 min walk away, the main strip 3 minute walk, harbour 6 minute walk! The owner kept in contact the whole week and was offering advice and places/ food we should try. Clean bedding and towels every day (I didn’t expect this from an apartment)! 5* service!

Just returned from a week’s stay at Manoli’s house & cannot fault this little hidden gem at all. Had the absolute perfect stay, Manolis was the perfect host, cleanliness was perfection and the staff (feel awful even calling the staff) became more like family by the end of the week, went above and beyond!.
Manolis’ house is surrounded by the most beautiful garden which is obviously so cared for. Location is central for the port, restaurants bars etc.
We travelled as a extended family of 11, all spread over different apartments with my 2 sons in a separate apartment to us (ages 21 & 10) and due to the secure grounds I had no worries about them sleeping separate.
I can not wait to return to skiathos and would stay no other place than Manoli’s’ house

Lovely host & staff , large clean rooms , good a/c , comfy beds right in Town

The location of the property is perfect, a 2/3 minute stroll from the top of 'the strip'. We stayed in the villa which is very spacious, decorated in a traditional and quirky style, and extremely clean. The property was well kitted out although we didn't do any cooking or very much meal preparation. Not much sunshine on the balcony, but no problem, the pool is only twenty meters away and has sun loungers. The owner was difficult to get hold of prior to the start of our holiday but made contact with me by whatsapp the night before we flew and from that point on was extremely helpful. Our cleaner, Maria, was wonderful, very friendly and very helpful.

Welcoming environment

Our stay at Manoli’s’ house was perfect from start to finish. The property was spotlessly clean , fresh towels and bedding daily. The owner Manos is very proud of his house and so he should be. Maria went above and beyond, looking after us every day, leaving fresh flowers cut from the beautiful gardens in our room and she gave us roses whilst we were sunbathing by the pool.

The property was lovely and a perfect location to walk into the Main Street with all the bars and restaurants

A beautiful property tucked away in Skiathos town. The location is fantastic. Manolis is a great host, always on hand to help or answer any questions. We’ve had a brilliant holiday and will definitely be returning.

The pool and garden are lovely.

Unique and so comfortable. Superb small hotel and loved the owner. Will definitely stay here again. Such an accommodating owner who bent over backwards to make sure everything was just as we wanted it.

We were next to lots of restaurants for breakfast.

Although the accommodations were excellent, the thing that makes this property stand out is the hospitality of the host. Manolis texted us a day before our arrival with directions, gave us a warm personal welcome upon our arrival and gave us a quick tour of his lovely property so that we knew all the amenities that were available. He also made himself available for any recommendations. He also shared a bit about himself and his family in the US.

The room had a renovated bathroom, little kitchenette and daily housekeeping services. Our towels were replaced daily and we had an espresso machine and plates, cutlery and a couple of cooking pans although we didn't cook. Too many dining options to try within walking distance.
10 minute walk to Megali Ammos Beach.

So so spacious! Lovely modern feel! Manoli himself was a lovely host, incredible friendly and hospitable. We felt right at home!
