Hotel Caretta Beach

Beliggenheten er perfekt for oss. 2.gang vi bruker dette hotellet. Betjening i resepsjonen, i den lille restauranten og renholderne er veldig hyggelige . Reint og fint på rommene.
Hotellet ligger omtrent på stranden , stille og fredelig lite hotell. Og det går buss hver halvtime rett oppe i veien. Tar kun noen minutter inn til Platania og ca 30 min til Chania m buss.

The lokation away from all the growdyness towards Chania. Great staff, great rooms(had a roof garden suite), lovely food and at the beach. Have already booked our next stay.

Nice place by the beach

Caretta beach is cozy, small and on the beach. Located enought, approx 1,5 kilometers, away from all the other tourists and hotels. We really enjoyed the silence. Nice people and nice weather.

Perfect location right in front of the sea. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a nice restaurant with a good breakfast.

Śniadania pyszne i różnorodne, nie tylko dla fanów słodyczy. Bardzo czysto, zadbany ogród. Miły i pomocny personel. Świetna restauracja z pięknym widokiem i cudownym jedzeniem... wszystko nam smakowało! Na plaży oraz na basenie zawsze dostępne leżaki, prysznice przy zejściu na plaże. Blisko sklep, przystanek autobusowy oraz inne restauracje a przy tym jest to miejsce dla osób lubiących ciszę i wypoczynek w naturze. Możliwość korzystania z plaży, basenu, łazienki już po wymeldowaniu. Miejsce godne polecania!

Our stay at Caretta Beach hotel was extraordinary. The staff was very helpful and friendly and offered their help even beyond accommodation (they've organised our rental car and, as such, made sure that we had a reliable rental agency). In addition they were very accommodating with children.

We booked a room with sea view and it was just stunning. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Cleaning stuff was very kind and respectful.

The restaurant is a great address - freshly cooked dishes with a sea view at reasonable prices, a great choice of dishes. Everything was perfect - from breakfast over snacks throughout the day up to dinner in the evening.

The hotel is pretty small and is perfect for those looking for calm vacations. The pool was clean and suitable for small children up to adults. Sunbeds are available at the pool and as well on the beach (we always had some available).

The hotel is located in quiet surroundings, you can reach several restaurants, as well as supermarkets and a pharmacy within a 10 minutes walk.

Spacious well maintained property, very quiet, away from all the noise, right on the beach.

Everything was just lovely! If you are wondering should you book this hotel, I’m telling you, you should ☺️ Everyone in staff were so smiley and helpful that we’ve never been in a such a warm and welcoming place. We got answers and help into every questions that we had in mind. Location of the hotel is maybe a bit far away from everything, but what is “everything”? Taxi from Chania about 50€. Shop and restaurant are very close and also hotel restaurant is very nice and good price. They have trips organized and buss takes you from the hotel. We even got a rental car into hotel with help of the staff. Rooms are nice and clean and cleaned daily. Sea few from our big balcony was fantastic! Pool is good size and fresh and clean, beach is lovely and sunbeds free for guests. Bonus was; Our guests got to spend time with us in the pool area and beach whole day while waiting their flight, thank you, we appreciated that alot! Also, there were real turtle nests in the beach and we got to see a baby turtle with volunteers who help them :)
