Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of MXN 2500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

A su llegada al complejo hay que cubrir los gastos siguientes:
- Por la limpieza final de tu estadía MX$560 (un solo pago) así recibe cada huésped todo limpio a su llegada!
- En tu estadía tendrás limpieza diaria y derecho a usar las instalaciones del complejo por lo que hay una cuota de MX$65 por persona/noche
A tu llegada hay que dejar un boucher abierto con tu tarjeta de crédito, mismo que al terminar tu estadía, se cerrara con los cargos correspondientes o bien se te cierra tu cuenta regresando los fondos no utilizados.
- Toallas de alberca/playa MX $21 por persona y el cambio MX $20.
- En caso de algún cambio de sabanas tendría un costo de MX $31.
No está permitido fiestas, despedidas de soltero o similares.
- 5.3 kWh al día incluidos. (solo en dado de excederse con la luz podría generar cargos extra)
