Pros:

Bardzo przyjemny obiekt, z otwartą kuchnią. Zadbany i bardzo czysty. Rewelacyjny kontakt z właścicielem.

Pros:

Uns hat sehr gefallen, dass es ein super geräumiges Apartment ist und über eine Spitzen Dusche verfügt. Der Vermieter ist echt nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Außenküche war nicht ganz so unsers. Hier sollte man vielleicht mit Plexiglasscheiben es auch zu einem Raum umbauen , denn in kälteren Abenden wird es doch schon sehr unangenehm. Es ist daher schon von der Jahreszeit abhängig.

Pros:

Alloggio molto pulito e funzionale, presenti tutte le comodità. Vi è anche la cromodoccia. A due passi dalla stazione. Da lì sì può visitare tutta la costa. Tre minuti di treno da tropea o capo vaticano.

MAGIC QUALITY OF EVERYTHING! 💖
Pros:

This is the perfect holiday hotel!
Everything is thought out to detail. Incredible purity and comfort! Smart TV. Shower cabin - fairy tale! Lights up with all the colors of rainbow! Linen... I never met such quality.
Now I dream to find and buy such pillows!

Casa piccola ma molto accogliente e pulita. I proprietari gentili disponibili e pronti a dare buoni consigli sui posti da vivivere. Posizione della casa ottima a pochissimi minuti da Tropea e dalla spiaggia di Formicoli e Riaci.

Cons:

Cucina molto piccola, avrei gradito la presenza di un fornetto o di un microonde.

Great apartment, exceptionally nice owners. Perfect for a couple with/without pets travelling by car
Pros:

Everything corresponds to the description. We travelled with 2 rabbits and there was still sufficient place for all of us in the apartment. Very clean and nice bathroom, kitchenette is nice and open-air (exactly as in the photo). The apartment is certainly one of the best options in the price range. Initially, some complimentary toiletries and coffee capsules are provided. You can get to the Santa Dominica beaches in about 7 min, especially till 9 am, later there might be traffic jams to the parking lots.

Cons:

There is a final cleaning fee for travellers with pets and a fee for change of sheets/towels. This is an apartment (not a hotel), so that's fine and logical. There was really nothing to blame, except for the ants, who run in the kitchen if you leave something sweet (on the other side you learn to keep the kitchen clean).

Pros:

Michele e Valentina, host molto accoglienti e simpatici, disponibili a consigliare spiagge e ristoranti nei dintorni. Camera e bagno molto puliti, doccia spaziosa. Aria condizionata temporizzabile, WiFi e smart TV interna con Netflix ed annessi. Parcheggio facile (anche a ferragosto) direttamente di fronte al portoncino. Cucinino esterno attrezzato e con l'occorrente per cucinare (troverete una pentola, una padella, un set di piatti, posate, una insalatiera, una macchina a cialde per il caffè, un piccolo tagliere ecc...). Intorno ci sono piccole villette basse: nonostante di trovi al piano terra, la casa e molto luminosa. C'è una tenda elettrica per ripararsi dal sole quando ci si trova sul terrazzino a mangiare. Terrazzino pulito, non abbiamo avuto problemi con insetti ed animali. Munirsi solo di zampirone per le zanzare. Nel complesso, molto consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato in un alloggio molto accogliente e moderno, perfettamente adatto per una famiglia di quattro persone. Tutto era tenuto con grande cura e pulizia, i letti erano comodi e il bagno ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario. I proprietari sono stati davvero simpatici e disponibili, offrendoci tanti ottimi consigli che hanno reso la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. In sintesi, tutto è stato perfetto: ci siamo sentiti come a casa e sicuramente torneremo!
