Pros:

Makis and Eleni were always super kind and amazing hosts. The room was very nice with an amazing view of the ocean. Comfortable bed and spacious room! The showerhead could have used an upgrade, but it was okay. Big closet that maybe could use a few more shelves so there is more space for clothes. The kitchen was okay, it could have a bit more necessities (such as salt and pepper, but when asked for this at the reception I immediately received it to take to the room). A nice balcony with an amazing view. The accommodation is reached with stairs after descending with the car. Villa Ennalaxis has a private parking apart from Hotel Vrionis which is nice, this is not on the map but Makis showed us this after arriving at the lobby. The pool is nice, we also had a good breakfast for 12 euros per person. The location is okay, we were glad to have a car because everything is pretty far away (beach, shop, other villages..). We loved our stay here and recommend it to other travellers!

Pros:

Αρχικά, το εξυπηρετικότατο και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό!!! Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραία, οι παροχές άριστες, δεν έλειψε τίποτα. Η καθαριότητα άριστη, από την μικρότερη λεπτομέρεια μέχρι και τα πιο βασικά. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ άνετα, καθαρά και πολύ ήσυχα. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Μηνάς, Γιούλη και μπέμπης 🙂

Disappointed
Pros:

The employees at the reception and the pool were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean.

Cons:

The cleaning lady did not wipe the floor even once for 9 days. Although we asked her in her own language, she pretended not to understand. She kept coming at the same time when our baby was sleeping to ask to clean, and of course, we couldn't let her do it then. She didn't show any desire to agree on when to come to clean when our baby is awake. She even saw that I was in late pregnancy and that I bought a bucket and a brush to clean the floor myself ( it was outside by the door). Terrible rudeness. Once, she even left a new roll of unpacked toilet paper outside on our dirty doorstep ( totally unhygienic).
The apartment and garden area are not safe for toddlers. There are so many sharp rocks stairs. The garden area is not fenced. There are no canopies, so there is no place outside where you can sit or dry your clothes when it rains. There is no terrace as we see in apartment descriptions.
It's definitely too expensive for cleaning on your own and you can not relax if you have a small child.
If there is north wind blowing, there are big waves at the beach, and it is impossible for swimming. It can last for days.
