Que nunca aclararon que era un hotel más familiar, queríamos disfrutar de la pileta y nunca podíamos porque siempre estaba llena de niños y cuando queríamos sacar turno para los masajes no había disponibilidad, nunca pudimos disfrutar del servicio de spa
La atención del personal fue excelente, todos muy amables.
En todos los horarios había mucho ruido, se escuchaban a los demás huéspedes todo el tiempo, incluso teniendo las ventanas de las habitaciones cerradas. No era fácil descansar así.
