Nice location but not recommended
Pros:

The location is convenient, close to getsemani bars and restaurants. The pool is beautiful.

Cons:

It was not well cleaned and needs maintenance. The mirror was dirty, my sheets had a hole, the towels were so threadbare, they were part threads instead of fabric. They need to be replaced urgently.
After the welcome, we didn’t see any staff any more.

Great location
Pros:

Everything! Location is amazing, walking distance to everywhere, including sights and affordable food and drink. Very spacious and comfortable space. The kitchenette feature in the room was very handy. Loved the pool area too. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The WiFi was not consistent.
The staff were very friendly, but did not speak English, so make sure you have translator available.

Non tornerei a causa del forte rumore notturno
Pros:

Posizione, bella camera e la piscina sul tetto

Cons:

La cosa più importante da sapere, e il motivo principale per cui non torneremmo, è il rumore. È letteralmente impossibile dormire senza tappi per le orecchie. La guest house è attaccata a un locale con musica ad alto volume che parte già dalla mattina (intorno alle 8:00-8:30) e va avanti fino a tarda sera. Le prime notti la musica è terminata intorno alle 23:30, ma una sera alle 4:30 del mattino era ancora fortissima. Non abbiamo nemmeno capito se fosse andata avanti tutta la notte o se fosse stata riaccesa, ma alle 4:30 sembrava di avere il locale dentro la camera. Anche con i tappi la musica si sentiva chiaramente. Solo dopo il soggiorno abbiamo notato che questo problema era già stato segnalato da altri ospiti nelle recensioni. Se cercate un posto tranquillo per riposare, questo non è assolutamente il posto giusto.

Peccato, perché la struttura in sé è carina: la camera è spaziosa, arredata con gusto e la terrazza con la piscina è piacevole.

Purtroppo, però, i problemi non finiscono qui.

Nei giorni precedenti al nostro arrivo abbiamo provato più volte a contattare la struttura per avere alcune informazioni, ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta.

Il giorno del check-in la strada era chiusa per un evento sportivo e nessuno ci aveva avvisati. Siamo quindi stati costretti ad arrivare a piedi con gli zaini, attraversando addirittura il percorso della manifestazione.

Una volta arrivati abbiamo suonato il campanello per molto tempo senza che nessuno aprisse. Abbiamo provato anche a telefonare, ma nessuno rispondeva. Per fortuna l’hotel accanto ci ha fatto la cortesia di custodire i nostri zaini mentre aspettavamo una risposta. Solo parecchio tempo dopo siamo riusciti a contattare qualcuno della struttura e a fare finalmente il check-in. Un inizio di soggiorno davvero pessimo.

Anche il bagno è stato molto deludente.

Great place, noisy bar.
Pros:

The rooms are comfortable and well designed. I liked the soft lighting. We stayed in a basement room which was ever so slightly musty. Do not be put off by the cell like appearance. The room was naturally cool and in the furnace heat of cartagena, you get to really appreciate this. My partner had a dip in the small pool and really liked it. It’s all good, but then, there is the bar next door.

Cons:

If there wasn’t a bar next door this would be a great base for a stay. The bar is empty but super loud. We stayed one night but would have stayed longer without it.
