Einfach ein entspannter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, toller Pool, eigener Parkplatz, gute Lage, nur am Schlafzimmerfenster fehlte das Fliegengitter.

Tudo! Lugar calmo ,bom apartamento , utensílios para preparar refeições , tudo o que. É preciso, a dona da casa é muito solicita e simpática ,sempre disponível para tirar dúvidas ou levar algo que foi solicitado.

Nic, wręcz czułam odrazę i wstręt !

Cons:

Obiekt odbiegał całkowicie od przedstawionej oferty. Apartament usytuowany był w przyziemiu, z widokiem z jednej strony na mur! ( miał być widok na basen) a z drugiej na przylegający do okien bar, skąd dochodziły nocą głośne dźwięki do 1.30 a od 6.30 już bar otwierał się dla mieszkańców.
Apartament zawilgocony, ze ścian odpadał tynk !!! , w szafkach kuchennych unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach !

L'unica cosa che ci è piaciuta è stata la piscina. Se non fosse stata per la piscina non ci sarebbe piaciuto nulla.

Cons:

Per quanto potesse essere bella la piscina, ha bisogno di manutenzione perché nelle pareti ci sono delle strisce verdi, nel bordo piscina bisogna fare attenzione perché le piastrelle non sono tutte alte uguali e c'è rischio di farsi male. Anche l'interno dell'alloggio ha bisogno di manutenzione in generale. Dal momento in cui l' alloggio si presenta bene e funzionante allora in quel momento posso capire il richiedere la cauzione. Abbiamo avuto un ventilatore tutto pieno di nastro adesivo e al di sotto è stata posizionata una bottiglietta di plastica per farlo stare in piedi per miracolo. È stato quasi complicato trovare una spina per caricare il telefono. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della lavatrice perché il tubo era staccato e l'unica presa presente era occupata dai ripetitori del Wi-Fi, al quale ci è stato detto di non scollegare il cavo. In conclusione, non torneremo mai più.

Prisvärd lägenhet.
Pros:

Ett lägenhetsboende på landsbygden. Prisvärt sett till det låga priset. Vi hade nog i efterhand kunnat välja ett något dyrare hotel med frukost osv då vi inte heller ville laga mat, frukost osv själva, men med det sagt så om man läser beskrivningen så stämmer den. Passar nog bättre för den som vill ha självhushåll och komma undan lite billigare med boendet för en länge vistelse.

Cons:

Bilderna på poolen såg ut som den var mer lättillgänglig än den var.

Det fanns någon slags vinbar i huset och det var ganska mycket liv och rörelse kring denna, men i övrigt var det landsbygd runt hotellet så vi fick leta för att hitta restauranger att äta på. Kanske fanns på närmare håll men vi valde att äta ganska långt från boendet.

Not the best, not the worst
Pros:

The pool was honestly the best part. Also the place was very quiet which gives extra points.

Cons:

Not the best cleaning (understandable but acceptable). Missing washing machine (also understandable for the "low" price compared to competitors but still a con). Missing air con, devastating in summer. The kitchen tap was broken and the toilet kept losing water but still we are not stupid and we managed some quick fixes.

Pros:

Beatiful location, close to Pisa, Lucca, Florencie, the sea. The hostess is a nice woman, the conversation was with the help of a gesture, the lady does not speak English. The big advantage is the pool and the cafe pub right downstairs and also everything necessary for a stay with a baby.

Cons:

But the apartment was not well enough equipped, there were no cutlery, utensils, we did not even have something to wash the utensils, there was not jar and sponge for washing up, which I find is a mandatory equipment for an apartment where you have a kitchenette. Also the kitchen and the bathroom were spongy. Outside the window there was a lot of bird droppings that hadn’t been cleaned up for a long time.
