Important information:

Reception Opening Hours: Sunday to Friday: 09:00-12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Saturday : 08:00 - 12:00 and 16:00 - 20:00.

Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.

The outdoor heated pool is open from mid-may until mid-September between 09:30 until 19:00 (depending on weather conditions).

Please note that for stays of 2 to 6 nights, end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchenette) is included.

The spa will be open from the 5 May, 2018.

Please note that end-of-stay cleaning (for stays of 7 nights or more) is the guest's responsibility.

A fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean upon departure.

A "Final cleaning except kitchenette" option can be booked at reception or in advance via the reservations department.

The residence accepts pets, with a maximum of two per accommodation unit, at a rate of €10 per night or €59 per week.

Le cadre de la résidence est très agréable, avec beaucoup d'espace et de végétation.
La plage est à 10min à pied!
le supermarché à 5min.

Cons:

Nous étions 3 dans un logement pour 4. Nous n'avions pas assez de vaisselle (assiettes et verres) pour prendre les repas d'une journée entière et avons été obligés de faire tourner le LV rempli au 1/3 environ.
La piscine était BEAUCOUP trop chaude, environ 34°!!!! Dommage car elle est vraiment très grande.

Pros:

La résidence est située à proximité de tous les commerces et de la plage. Elle est très bien entretenue et le personnel est sympathique.

Cons:

Ce qui ne nous a pas plu : notre appartement était exposé plein sud. La chaleur était insupportable, car il n'y avait pas de climatisation, et nous ne pouvions pas non plus ouvrir les fenêtres, sous peine d'être envahis par les moustiques. Du coup, nous avons très mal dormi, et le matelas était recouvert d'une housse en plastique, ce qui nous a fait transpirer encore plus.

Emplacement super, très belle piscine, c’était calme (1 semaine ensoleillée en mai)

Lit 1 place pas très confortable

Ruined my vacation. Want a refund.

Nothing. Arrived at the apartment gathered my information from a lockbox and the instructions weren’t clear. Spent 40 minutes trying to find the apartment. Finally found it, to find a dirty apartment with broken plugs, and an unhygienic bathroom.

Cons:

Bed quilts and pillows were dirty. The bed sheets provided were ripped and stained. No cleaning products were provided. The bathroom constantly stunk of sewage. Plugs were hanging off the wall, the shower leaked. Cracks in the wall and wallpaper hanging off the balcony ceiling. There was rust all over the shutters and the fan outside.

The beds were uncomfortable and service was awful. They attempted to charge me over the dirty room at the end of the stay when that was the state in which we got it.
