Cerca de la playa, en una zona con restaurantes
Las chicas del desayuno muy amables
Buen aire acondicionado en habitación. La habitación que nos tocó era grande

Cons:

El desayuno se hace en una sala pequeña que hay unas 6 mesas, si llegas y están ocupadas te toca esperar.
Falta de ascensor, en la llegada el personal del hotel nos subió las maletas
Ya no es del hotel, pero la hostelería debería reclamar al ayuntamiento, gobierno que se cuide la isla...

La habitación amplia con buen AA y una excelente cama con colchón nuevo...cerca al centro y al aeropuerto, la atención de las señoras de la cocina en el desayuno Ruby y Maribel. Son excepcionales nos dieron la mejor atencion y carisma y el desayuno, excelente... recomiendo el hotel siempre.. volveremos..

Cons:

Depronto lo.unico es que no tiene ascensor oara subir 3 pisos, pero son escalones cómodos sin dificultad para subirlos.

Cons:

Los baños son de terror, curtidos, sucios, viejos, dicen que los limpian mientras estamos alli, pero no es asi. Usamos 3 habitaciones y en todas los baños estaban sucios, en 1 de ellas el baño no tenia ni ventana para que los olores salieran.
En el desayuno, uno de nosotros quiso 1 huevo adicional, en vez de darnos un precio por el huevo extra, la respuesta fue "no", y con mala actitud. Los alrededores son calles sucias, los hoteles deberian hacer algo por esa isla en abandono, ya que se benfician de ella. No regresaria ni a este hotel ni a San Andres.

Modern, Comfortable & Great Location
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and modern and located only a block from the beach. It is also in an area with many restaurants and stores. My room was very clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom. The shower was great having hot water and strong water pressure. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, too.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything I didn't like about the property; however, I wasn't able to get early check in (only an hour earlier) and no one spoke any English. But those aren't complaints, just observations.

Bom, poderia melhorar.
Pros:

Os funcionários são muito cordias. Os quartos são amplos e bem limpos. Café da manhã bem simples, mas ok.

Cons:

Problema de vazamento na pia que demorou 2 dias para ser resolvido, usaram a lixeira para conter a água... Faltou reposição de toalha/tapete. Colchão não era muito confortável, achei bem duro. Não tinha armário/prateleira, só uma mesinha. Refeitório é bem pequeno, se estiver cheio tem que esperar para entrar.
