Cons:

Não foi nada conforme a descrição no anúncio. Falaram que não ofereciam mais o café da manhã, estacionamento teria que ser pago e o quarto horrível. O Recepcionista disse que não poderia fazer nada mesmo sabendo que o anúncio oferecia outro serviço.
Foi muito difícil cancelar a hospedagem sem cobrança.

Um dos funcionários foi grosseiro com a gente ao pedirmos mais uma manta, porque fazia frio em CF. Disse que não poderia fornecer não, respondendo de forma ríspida e sem paciência. A manta é daquelas que vendem em lojas de departamento por 40 reais, e já estava bem usada, e fina. Passamos frio a noite inteira. O lençol que cobre o colchão não cobre de fato o colchão. Vc acaba dormindo direto no colchão. E o colchão é pessimo! Por ser antigo, estava com um buraco no meio já! Horrível! Não dormi nada!

Cons:

As fotos do site não correspondem ao conforto que a pousada não oferece. Não tem comunicação com a recepção. Os hóspedes extremamente barulhentos depósito do horário permitido e nenhuma providência tomada. Não tem café da manhã.
