Eine Schande für die Region!

Von Außen sieht sie gut aus.

Cons:

Auf dem Parkplatz ist ein Kind mit dem Schuh erstmal in einem Armierungseisen hängen geblieben, was aus dem Boden rakte.
Das Zimmer war dreckig, Schimmel an der Decke, Spinnweben, das Licht ging nicht, Tapete ab und das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Schon als wir gesagt haben, dass wir aus Deutschland kommen, hat die Frau das Gesicht verzogen.
Das Zimmer war komplett dreckig und im Bad bekam man keine Luft, weil es so nach Schimmel gerochen hat. Das Wasser floss auch nicht ab in der Dusche.
Das Essen scheint irgendwelches Fertigzeug zu sein und wir konnten uns nichts aussuchen. Ich der Espressomaschine wohnt der Schimmel und die Dame sagte nur, das müssen eben die Gäste reinigen „Self Service“
Zudem bekommt man einen Tisch zugewiesen und wir mussten direkt neben dem Fernseher sitzen, den wir 2 mal ausschalteten, aber der MUSS an sein, sagte sie! Super für Kinder und für das eigene Bewusstsein, damit man gut essen kann. Außer man möchte von der Erbsensuppe ablenken.
Der Betreiber sagte er kann es nicht reinigen unser Zimmer, da er keine Zeit hat und von 6-22 Uhr arbeitet. Wir könnten gerne abreisen und unser Geld zurück bekommen. Wir sind dann in ein ordentliches Hotel gefahren und haben bis heute unser Geld noch nicht zurück. Sowas ist eine Schade für die gesamte Region.

Spokojená ve všechsměrech, ubytovani krásné čisté, usměvavá slečna která nás příjemně uvítala, nemám žádné námitky ,jídlo výborné. Děkujeme 🥰🫶

pěkné pokoje a zařízení, jako kuchyňka a koupelna, milý personál

Cons:

Check-in sice byl od 16h., ale pokud přijedete dřív, musíte čekat venku i s malýma dětma.

Jsou to lidé s lidským přístupem na svém místě, rádi se tu znovu vrátíme a doporučíme i druhým.

Byli jsme nadmíru spokojeni s přístupem, ochotou, profesionalitou a neskutečně vlídným a ochotným personálem hotelu.

Znovu se k Vám vrátíme :-)
Pros:

Byli jsme jen na jednu noc, ale musím popravdě říct, že lidé, kteří pracují a starají se o své hotelové hosty, jsou každopádně lidmi na svých místech :-). Snídaně i večeře byla fajn, společné prostory a WC uklizeny, všude voňavo, čistota pokoje a vstřícnost personálu bez chyby! Místo je ideální pro turistiku, máte to přes kopec kamkoliv. O cenách není potřeba vůbec hovořit, protože Plzeň za 35,- nekoupíte kolikrát ani v supermarketu!
Ještě jednou bych chtěl poděkovat personálu a popřát jim, ať se Vám daří a spoustu spokojených hostů. :-)

Samoobsluhová koncepce

Cons:

Limitující byla krátká doba checkinu, na to, že se jedná o samoobslužný hotel a byli dělali jsme checkin online, čekala bych, že bude možnost si vyzvednout klíč kdykoliv. Ve sprchovém koutě byla plíseň. V koupelně byla dost hlasitá drtička odpadu.
