Cons:

La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à la présentation, c'était une cage au dernier étage sans aucune décoration et sans travaux depuis longtemps. Il y avait d'autres chambres mais le responsable n'a pas voulu ni nous en montrer une ni changer. Il nous a simplement mis dehors. A la question pourquoi, il a répondu : pas envie ! Nous étions remboursés et immédiatement nous avons trouvé une magnifique chambre pour le même prix en face. Passez votre chemin ! On vous conseille l'hôtel " La Belle époque ", c'est un autre monde.

Excellent emplacement en bas de la ville ancienne près du parc aux ours. Un petit déjeuner convenable servi à table.

Insbesondere die Sanitären Anlagen (Zimmer 14) bedürfen dringend einer Modernisierung ! Sanierung- und Modernisierungsrückstau im (gesamten) Hotel !

Zufrieden für 1-2 tägliche Ausflüge in Bern.

Die Lage war mir Priorität für meine Aufenthalt.Das hübsches Zimmer, Teekanne,ganz feines Shampoo & Body Lotion… für dieses Preis bin ich angenehm zufrieden.
