1) posizione buona (nella zona antica , pur essendo a 1,2 km dalla stazione centrale)
2) colazione buona (principalmente salata e qualcosa di dolce)

Me gustó la ubicación y la habitación muy limpia , cama muy cómoda . Bien equipado por si se comía ahí, era un departamento

Lage

Did not like anything about this place. Travellers beware, it is a very old building and there are no elevators and no rooms on the ground floor. The room is tiny, the bed was okay but the pillows though long had to be folded to give it some body and height. The worst was the breakfast - it seemed that you were living in war times - on ration! They give you a large round plate with 4 slices of thin oranges, 4 slices (again thin) of cucumbers, about 5 olives, 4 slices(thin) of salami, 4/5 slices of ham, 2 boiled eggs, a couple of slices of brown bread and a couple white bread (and by the way they do not have a toaster), a few slices (thin) of tomatoes or two halves of a cherry tomato (once there was only one half of a small cherry tomato on our plate) and two small packets of butter and two tiny bowls of different jam. Tea, coffee, cereal - out in the open - you can help yourself as much as you like.
I completely understand and aware that people pile up their plate and waste. However, a simple signage in English stating that if people want more they can ask. I wanted to ask for more tomatoes and 🥒 but my husband said that we should not.
On the first day we ordered a piazza (a large size - it normally comes this size - which at our age cant finish the whole) in their cafe when we arrived, and said we would share and asked for an extra plate. We were told that we would be charged an extra 2 francs for an extra empty plate - ridiculous! Also a flask (clear glass) of tap water was 2 francs. Everywhere we were told that the tap water is absolutely safe to drink as it comes from the Alps and we had tap water all the time and loved it. Also most of the places we visited in Europe have water fountains and people drink from those fountains or fill up their plastic/reusuable bottles.

Hôtel très bien situé. Accueillant. Petit-déjeuner délicieux. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. J'y reviendrai !
