Pros:

El personal definitivamente es amabilisimo ! Gracias por su empatía. Y la ubicación.

Cons:

Que la habitación es pequeñittitita. No es que esté incómoda pero el espacio es super reducido.

Pros:

The staff were super friendly. We really enjoyed meeting Michael and Nadia. The breakfast were superb! The beds were comfy. The location was ideal.

Cons:

We traveled with a group. One room had a bad water leak and missing shower door panel. They eventually got switched but only on the last night.
There is no elevator (lift), so getting heavy luggage upstairs was a challenge as the stairwell is a spiral. I would definitely stay again but request a room on floor 1 or 2.

tromperie sur les chambres!!

la chambre était au au 3 ieme étage sans ascenseur avec un escalier en colimaçon !!
la chambre petite,toute en longueur,contenait 2 lits d'une personne placés tête bêche(situation jamais rencontrée jusqu'à ce jour) et ne correspondait pas du tout à celles présentées!!.
Très petite chambre ,très mal isolée sur le plan phonique.
on entend toute la circulation des voitures roulant sur une rue passante pavée.
Le petit déjeuner ne propose pas de choix et les oeufs durs étaient perimés d'un mois!!

Pros:

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Location was great. Breakfast "plates" were a nice combination of tastes with high quality ingredients and outdoor cafe was a wonderful place to have breakfast. Room was spacious with big windows that opened fully. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

We overlooked the street and it stayed loud late with a cafe across the street and got loud early as service trucks got all the restaurants and retailers ready for their day. That's the price you pay for the great location.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen, das Personal war nett und das Frühstück lecker.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage direkt bei Bushaltestelle ist optimal für Reisende mit dem ÖV.
Das Frühstück mit frischen Früchten und Gemüse (Tomate, Gurke) war perfekt auf die warmen Tage abgestimmt. Dieses konnte auf der Terrasse des Restaurants serviert. Der Kaffee ist lecker.
Die Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommende.
Da wir erst am Abend abreisten durften wir das Gepäck einstellen.
Die Angestellten sind sehr hilfreich. Da das Hotel hat keinen Lift hat, wurde uns angeboten, das Gepäck auf das Zimmer zu bringen.

Cons:

Wir kamen für den Frauenlauf nach Bern und blieben eine Nacht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt bietet das Zimmer zu wenig Platz.

Schöne, gemütliche Hotelzimmer in altem Gebäude in der Altstadt, sehr heimelig und top Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war - obwohl mitten in der Altstadt - erstaunlich ruhig. Jedenfalls mit geschlossenen Fenstern von der Strassenseite her. Die Geräusche aus dem direkt angrenzenden Zimmer hat man jedoch gehört. Das Zimmer als solches war sehr gemütlich und der Ausblick aus dem Fenster war auch top. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, mit Früchten, Fleisch, Käse - alles da.

Cons:

Der Lärm vom angrenzenden Zimmer, die Fenster sind besser versiegelt als die Wände. :-) Den Übernachtungspreis für die Verlängerungsnacht fand ich mit über CHF 200.- ein wenig hoch.
