- einfache aber saubere Zimmer, für 1-2 Nächte perfekt
- leckeres Frühstück
- Möglichkeit Gepäck vor Check-In im Hotel zu lagern, sowie auch nach dem Auschecken.

Lo staff è gentile e mi ha accontentata nella scelta di una camera silenziosa, riuscendoci nonostante la struttura sia in pieno centro. La colazione consisteva in un piatto preparato con frutta e scelta dolce e salata, oltre a potersi servire di caffè, succo, tisane/the, latte, cereali e muesli, a volontà. La zona è tranquilla, anche per due donne da sole come noi, ideale per una vacanza mamma e figlia! Molto vicina al parco degli orsi, all'inizio dei lunghi portici con numerosi negozi e ristoranti. Una menzione di merito va a Daria, sempre sorridente e disponibile.

Cons:

La colazione è stata uguale per due giorni, aggiungerei un ricambio ogni tanto.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Bern

Ich möchte mich herzlich bei Daria vom Hotel Nydeck in Bern bedanken.

Schon bei unserer Ankunft hat sie uns mit einem freundlichen Lächeln und einer sehr herzlichen Art empfangen, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Jeden Morgen beim Frühstück war sie präsent, stets lächelnd, und hat sich darum gekümmert, dass sich alle Gäste wohlfühlen.

Daria war äußerst hilfsbereit bei der Organisation unserer Buchung und hat uns auch bei den Transporttickets sowie bei allgemeinen Fragen hervorragend unterstützt. Sie war immer freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr professionell.

Eine Person wie Daria ist ein großer Mehrwert für das Hotel und macht den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer.

Отель расположен просто идеально для осмотра всех достопримечательностей. Все находится в шаговой доступности.
Завтраки просто отличные. И в ресторане милая девушка Даша обеспечивает замечательный сервис. Очень внимательная и доброжелательная.
Номера не очень большие, но все необходимое есть. Хорошая уборка.
В отеле нет лифта, и очень крутая винтовая лестница, это могло бы вызвать сложности при подъеме в номер с багажом, но персонал очень внимательный и помогает во всем, спасибо.
