Por 2 dias dos 5 que fiquei precisei sair antes do café da manhã (já contratado previamente), pedi um pão e um sache de manteiga para levar na mochila, num dia a funcionária me deu, no outro dia disseram que não podia me dar. O cafe da manha é muito simples, caro e começa muito tarde (8:00).

Pros:

Camera e bagno piccolina, come da descrizione e foto. Camera silenziosa. Si accede mediante una scala a chiocciola, non c'è ascensore. Buona colazione, con piacevole musica di sottofondo italiana. Ottima posizione nel centro storico di Berna. Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo. Grazie al pass per prendere i mezzi pubblici, siamo andati anche sulla funicolare del Gurtenbahn, un parco super attrezato per famigie con i bimbi. Bella vista sulla città e visuale sui monti circostanti. Inoltre consiglio la gita sul battello sul lago di Thun

Nächstes Mal Bern = wieder in dieses kleine Hotel

Das Eckzimmer bietet einen ganz seltenen Blick, da das Hotel im ersten Haus in einer sehr langen Häuserreihe untergebracht ist, das ist ja so typisch für Bern. Ein wirklich winziges Hotel, aber sehr authentisch und besonders.
Ich hatte einen super Service genossen, ich brauchte einen Adapter für deutsche Schuko-Stecker, den ha man mir extra auswärts besorgt und zur Verfügung gestellt. Vielen Dank dafür

Pros:

The location and the breakfast are great. The rooms are clean and comfy. I hlchanged my plans and stayed an extra 2 days because I knew I wasn't going to beat this place.

Cons:

Great breakfast starts at 8. A little earlier would be nice.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Lage toll.

Cons:

Doch: Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr. Das ist zu spät für ein Hotel, wenn man geschäftlich unterwegs ist. Sollte ab 7 Uhr sein.
Ärgerlich: Kein Warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Insgesamt: Es ist eher eine Bar/ein Kaffeehaus mit Zimmern (in den oberen Stockwerken) als ein klassisches Hotel. Die Bar ist die Rezeption.

Cons:

Ich war geschäftlich unterwegs. Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen, gab es aber erst ab 8:00. Für einen Business Aufenthalt ist das viel zu spät. Keine Chance auch nur ein Müsli oder Brötchen vorher zu bekommen. Die Trittschalldämpfung ist sehr schlecht. Wenn der Gast im Zimmer über dem eigenen Zimmer ruhig ist, kein Problem. Das war bei mir nicht der Fall, rumpeln, poltern, Möbel rücken. Nachtessen im Restaurant war auch eher teuer.
