Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt dank gutem Essen, tollem Service und schöner Umgebung.
Pros:

Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, und auch die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr freundliche Personal, das uns herzlich begrüßt hat. Der Preis passt super, vor allem mit der Familiencard und die wunderschöne Natur rundherum hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.

Pros:

Die Ausstattung vom Hotel, Schwimmbad, Sauna, Billard, Tischtennis, was will man mehr. Das Allerbeste war das 5 Gänge Menü jeden Abend meine Kinder waren begeistert. Ganz großes Lob an die Köche keine langweiligen Menüs sondern liebevolle schöne angerichtete Speisen.

Cons:

Das Wetter war nicht optimal für die schöne Lage, man hätte mehr machen können aber dafür kann keiner was. Die vielen Fliegen im Speiseraum echt nervig. Die Essenszeiten Frühstück von 8.00 - 9.30 Uhr Im Urlaub? Besser wäre bis 11.00. Abendessen pünktlich 18.00 Uhr? Besser wäre 19.00

Alles was top! Zeker een aanrader!
Pros:

Top locatie makkelijk te vinden! Aardig personeel onze auto accu was leeg gegaan en ze kwamen direct om te helpen en zo was onze auto weer gemaakt!
Eten was ook goed vooral de soep mijn complimenten aan de chef!

Pros:

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren schön. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Betten waren sehr hart und haben bei jeder Bewegung laut geknarrt.
Das Frühstück war sehr sparsam und eintönig. Da haben wir wirklich mehr erwartet.

family stay in a family friendly hotel
Pros:

Friendly welcome from the owner, who spoke to us in english which was welcome as our german is limited. She made an effort to speak to the children and give us key information. We actually got a room upgrade, which was lovely. The owner was there every day and we had a set table daily which was nice. Pool was a good size and temperature. There was a daily menu of the main meal. The room was big and had a balcony. The bathroom was ok, perfectly adequate. Location for the hotel is at the end of the village, but a perfect location for us. It takes 4-5 mins to walk into the village. Near the cable car lift, spar and cafes. The village is friendly. The hotel had a swimming pool and games room which the children liked. There was also a trampoline and rabbits outside. Staff friendly and helped when we asked. Food was a good experience, they took account of vegetarian request. Lots of storage in the rooms which was nice.

Cons:

A children's menu / children's option for the evening meal would have been great, the food was perfectly ok, lots of traditional austrian dishes which were tasty, but need options for children to be a family friendly hotel
It would be nice to have someone on the main desk at certain points in the day - i known there was a button to press for help, but having someone on duty would help.
The room needed more pillows and towels for the pool
More options at breakfast would have been nice, the choice of cereals was limited and more hot foods. We stayed for one week and the breakfast was the same (except for a choice of cakes).
We could hear the upstairs room, a little more sound proofing is needed as some children were jumping around and making noise which we did not enjoy.

Warm staff and cute rabbits
Pros:

I really welcomed the possibility of gluten-free and vegetarian meals, the hotel is located in a quiet place near the cable car, my kids were really happy about the pet rabbits they could play with, the rooms were spacious and newly furbished.
