Conveniently Adequate
Pros:

Convenient, room clean thanks for providing free toiletries, free WiFi

Cons:

Difficult to contact the owners, they wouldn’t honor an early check in so I had to sit outside for an hour, smoke detector went off in the middle of the night and I don’t smoke so it might need new battery, the apartment smelled like marijuana and the bathroom is kinda dirty.

Great location, great value for money
Pros:

The location was amazing, and the room was easy to access but felt safe.

Cons:

When I messaged the host about an additional booking I made to extend my stay I got no reply. It was no problem, but I would have appreciated a reply.

Bad place to families, just good location to downtown

Just location, near of downtown

Cons:

1. Description does not match with reallity, airconditioned, does work, unclear description about the room: all room separates, unclear Instruction about checkin and acces room.
2. Door Issue, door does not close
3. Bad comunication with the host, sent message about the door Issue and air conditioner and he never aswered.
4. Bad sleep: Hoy days without air condition and not fan.
5. One of the room with leaks, buckets on the bead and raining day.

Definitely never booking again.

It was a place to stay, and we were glad it was only one night.
Pros:

We liked the proximity to Aragon Ballroom.

Cons:

The cleanliness, and access to the facility. We didn’t get check in information until an HOUR after check in.

Quite good for the money.
Pros:

It is a good place for spending a night through your trip.
You have all what you need: some soap, shampoo, towels, shower.
It is a good price for it.

Cons:

I arrived in the evening quite tired and fell asleep almost immediately.
There was some noise from the corridor—perhaps someone was coming or going and dropped something and my room cituated next to the kitchen. It lasted only a short time, maybe up to three minutes, and didn’t bother me much. I understand that things happen and that the sound insulation isn’t perfect.

I was surprised to receive a noise warning notification in the morning. How is that possible?

It was an unpleasant surprise.
