Lugar bonito, pero con una atención regular

El desayuno estuvo bien, y la ubicacion tambien

La atencion por parte de la persona que me atendio al inicio muy mala, casi que grosera. y segundo la habitacion que escogí tenia una entrada muy complicada y de dificil acceso, entonces me cambiaron para una mas costosa, aunque seguia siendo mas barata que en la pagina.

My experience at this hostel was very poor. I booked and paid for two people, but they only gave me one towel and refused to provide another. They said towels are only given every other day, which is unreasonable in Medellín’s humidity where towels never dry.
They didn’t clean my room for two days. When I came back in the afternoon and asked why, the staff blamed me and said I should have left the room earlier, even though nobody told me that. The office manager and the kitchen staff were rude, and on my last morning they served me a cold breakfast. I later found out that the same person serving breakfast was also the one responsible for cleaning the rooms.
If needed, I can provide Booking.com with a video that shows the actual cleanliness of my room.
