Pros:

Habitación muy cómoda con mucho espacio. El desayuno estaba muy rico. Siempre había café, agua caliente y té. La ducha estaba muy caliente. Personal super amable.

Cons:

La habitación cuádruple estaba en el segundo piso y el baño estaba un poco lejos en el primer piso. También se escuchó mucho el ruido de la calle porque esa habitación tiene ventana hacia la calle 10.

La ubicación es maravillosa y en un sitio muy seguro. El personal es muy amable y profesional. El mejor desayuno me lo he comido alli. Todo estaba muy cerca dentro del Provenza y eso a nosotras nos encantó

Cons:

El baño olía a cañería pero suele pasar en casi todos los hoteles. Lo que sí no nos gustó fue que la habitación no estaba muy limpia y tuvimos que pedir por favor que nos hiciesen todas las camas, ya que de 5 solo estaban cambiadas 2 camas.

La ubicación y era bonito por dentro.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación (alfombra, sábanas, baño...). Además, nos faltaba una toalla y la ropa de cama cuando llegamos. Desde la habitación se oía todo lo que pasaba fuera. Había mucho, mucho ruido.
