Important information:

Please note the restaurant and pool bar area is open from 8 am - 9:00 pm 7 days per week to the general public. Guests can use the pool area outside of these hours with the exception of when the pool is serviced for cleaning. Breakfast is served from 8:00 am - 10:30 am. Breakfast is served at the pool bar. A cash deposit of $100 is collected at check-in and is held to ensure inventory, and key return.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Best place on Roatan!
Pros:

Where to begin with how much we loved our stay at guava?! The owner, Jordan, and her incredible staff (Bennyyy!!, Jacqui, and Boomer) truly made our week on Roatan so special. The location is amazing, the restaurant is perfection, and you can’t beat the pool & swim up bar + the vibe. We stayed in the queen bed junior suite which was clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, with easy access to the beach and West End!

Saubere Unterkunft

Saubere Zimmer, großer Pool, warmes Wasser, gute Kommunikation

Cons:

Strand in Sandy Bay nicht wirklich vorhanden. Zimmer Nummer 1 war die Klimaanlage von Zimmer oben dran so laut, das an schlafen nicht zu denken war, haben aber auf Nachfrage ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, einfaches Frühstück, keine Auswahl.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and the staff always made me comfortable.

The service and food was excellent (Brkfst included). The grounds were beautiful, and interesting. - the gardens were conservatory quality.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

El personal y la comida son INCREÍBLE! es sin lugar a dudas lo mejor. Son amables, amigables y muy dispuestos a ayudar. La pasé muy bien en gran parte gracias a ellos!

Cons:

Tal vez la ubicación no sea ideal si uno viaje porque queda algo lejos los lugares conocidos.

Nice place for basic accommodations and good value.
Pros:

Bar/pool area were great. Food was good. A/C worked well. Beautiful setting.

Cons:

Room was smaller than I expected. No place to put my suitcase. Hot water not connected in sink. Washer/dryer next door woke me up each morning. But at $70/night, I need to lower my expectations.

Had a wonderful time in the oasis on the hill!
Pros:

Cheryl has created at oasis amongst the hilltop. The buildings are charming and surrounded by beautiful flowers and fruit trees. It’s a very peaceful place perfect for travelers of all kinds. The staff are super welcoming and the food is divine! Get the Lemongrass chicken and thank me later.

Pros:

The owner is a native English speaker and she was super nice. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great. Having free purified water was a plus. The pool area is nice. For Roatan, it was a good value for what you get.

Cons:

The free breakfast was pretty much "take it or leave it" and was the typical breakfast here in Honduras. Some options and a little menu would have been nice. My shower water never got above lukewarm, which was ok since Roatan is so hot, but hot water to soothe my aching muscles would have been nice. The location isn't great, but there's nothing they can do about that. The restaurant is shockingly expensive ($22 for a burger and smoothie) but I guess that's on par with Roatan tourist restaurant prices.
