The stay started with one of the friendliest and warm greetings i have ever received in my 50 years
Pros:

Excellent location
Breakfast is delivered from a cafe. Rhe cooked food was a bit like an airplane so i would have preferred a coffee, orange juice and a croissant

Pros:

Our host was wonderful, very informative and pleasant. She responded quickly via WhatsApp. Rooms were a great size, comfortable bedding, complementary wine, ouzo, water, coffee and tea. Breakfast was delivered fresh to your door and enough to be considered lunch as well. Our room had amazing views of town and coastline. Easy walk into town. Private access to the sea with a swim platform furnished with comfortable seating. Terraced views with private seating areas. 100% recommend this accommodation.

A beautiful property-close to town but very peaceful and whast a view! Nina was very helpful in making dinner reservations, booking cabs etc- a pleasure. Breakfast is an area for improvement which I believe is already on the radar for next year. Many thanks!

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner servi en chambre pas de choix manque de fraîcheur pour les fruits, un petit déjeuner de boulangerie du coin .
Pas de piscine alors que nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine , pas de plage privée comme indiqué dans la présentations de des suites .

Pas du tout à la hauteur

L'hôtel est bien positionné par rapport à la ville. La vue sur la mer est très belle. Disponibilité téléphonique de la personne qui gère le site

Cons:

Nous avons sélectionné cet hôtel car sur booking il sort dans la liste des hôtels avec piscine ; ne vous laissez pas abuser par les photos, il n'y a pas de piscine. Il y a 1 jacuzzi et 1 point d'eau de 40cm de large et de profondeur sur environ 5m. Autre ambiguïté qui frôle l'arnaque, on nous parle d'un accès plage privée. ATTENTION ce n'est une plage privée qui est réservée à l'hôtel. C'est une plage avec de la musique à fond toute le journée où des jeunes font la fête. Nous avions la chambre en rez-de-chaussée avec une très jolie terrasse qui est inutilisable car les chats squattent les fauteuils et le canapé. Du coup des poils partout et une odeur d'urine de chat qui est insupportable. Je précise qu'un nettoyage quotidien est pratiqué mais sans effet vu le nombre de chats. Et pour terminer, le petit déjeuner livré en chambre c'est une arnaque. Rien n'est bon. Point important, ce n'est pas un hôtel classique avec un accueil et du personnel. Vous avez un contact qui vous laisse son numéro et c'est tout. J'ai déjà dit tout ça en direct à la gérante.

Amazing experience
Pros:

The location of the hotel was exceptional. You had private sea access. The views were breathtaking, some of the best of Syros. The decor was beautiful and the comfort was one of the best I have ever experienced in Greece. I had the best sleep of my life. Additionally Nema the manager was always available to help and make our stay in Syros that much more special. I would definitely be coming back .

Cons:

A deeply disappointing stay. The room was extremely small and consistently smelled of sewage. For a hotel that positions itself as a high-end boutique option with premium nightly rates, the lack of basic amenities was shocking. There was no food or beverage service—not in the room, not by the pool. Even getting a coffee required asking reception, who then ordered it from an external café. Payment had to be made in cash only upon delivery, and when I explained I didn’t have cash, the manager simply replied, “What can I do? That’s not my fault.”

Breakfast was handed over in a flimsy paper box and was of very poor quality—calling it “ridiculous” is an understatement.

The manager’s attitude was unwelcoming from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Overall, the experience lacked hospitality, comfort, and professionalism.

I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Syros.

A great option if you are looking for a luxury boutique hotel with amazing views
Pros:

Fantastic views from this well appointed boutique hotel - Nena was a great host and very helpful and prompt with suggestions and made us great restaurant bookings . Highly recommend - an easy 10 min walk into town

Cons:

Breakfast - they offer prepackaged meals which were average - would have been far better giving us a voucher to use at the amazing waterfront cafe and beach club literally 2 mins away
