The best view and location in Syros

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Without a doubt, this is one of the most beautiful—if not the most beautiful—places to stay in Syros.
The view is simply breathtaking and truly unforgettable. It is undoubtedly one of the finest views on the island, and the moment you step onto the terrace, you'll be amazed. It's the kind of scenery that makes your stay genuinely special.
The hotel is exceptionally luxurious, fully renovated, tastefully designed, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making the accommodation both elegant and incredibly comfortable.
This wasn't our first stay here—it was actually our third. Every time we visit Syros, we choose this wonderful hotel, and we will continue to do so in the future. It has become our home away from home, thanks to its outstanding quality and warm hospitality.
A special thank you to Penny, who is an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing excellent recommendations about the island and helping us with anything we needed. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our experience even more enjoyable.
We are already looking forward to our next visit and can't wait to come back. Highly, highly recommended!

We travelled for leisure - and a little bit of remote work - and spent four nights in the Pandora suite.
The property is located at walking distance from the city centre and port.
The room itself is very spacious (45 sqm), cool, and tastefully decorated.
The bed is queen size I think, very comfortable with a medium firm mattress.
Spacious shower room with a walk-in shower and lots of storage space for toiletries and stuff. Nice and steady hot water supply with good pressure. Well ventilated, too.
There is a good-sized living area with a very nice couch and dining table, working TV and small kitchenette in a cupboard fully equipped with a little fridge, sink, nespresso machine, china and silverware. Also has a hot plate for those willing to prepare a small meal.
Large closet to store clothes and small luggage, where we found clean bathrobes and slippers. Luggage racks are also offered.
The room is serviced daily - this includes fresh bath and beach towels every morning.
The Pandora suite does not have a balcony, but benefits from direct access to a shady patio surrounded by cacti and succulents, with direct views over the Vaporia bay - GORGEOUS.
The rest of the outdoor common areas are arranged over several levels (the property stands on a cliff, basically) and include plenty of lounging space around the jacuzzi, and smaller patios for a couple/small family to relax and sunbathe. There are more loungers than guests, and during our stay they were practically empty at all times.
Several steps down to the public swimming dock and separate beach bar area make for a great workout (yay).
No noise from the bar next door reached the lounging areas or the rooms.
No cat “activity” noted, and certainly no smell as described in older reviews - only a very fine one-eyed tabby boy who offered welcome cuddles during our first evening there and remained sat very politely near us for the rest of the night. Please tell him we said hi!

The property was close to town and the sea but also had a private and luxurious feel to it. It was the best of both worlds. Penni was extremely helpful with everything we needed from booking us taxis to dinner reservations. The view from the property was unreal!

High standard of furnishing, cleanliness, helpfulness of staff, particularly Peny (she was super 👍) and proximity to the town center. The views were also spectacular.

This was our favorite stay on our trip to Greece. The room was just beautiful with a stunning view of Syros. The staff was especially wonderful and helpful. The island has so much to offer, and our hotel was located in a quiet, lovely location. If we return to Syros in the future, I would stay at the Pafsilipon Suites again.

The location is amazing. The breakfast is brought in from a bakery, it is good and has choices. But given it comes from the outside it has its limitations.

We loved our stay in Pafsillipon! The views were breathtaking and the staff were attentive. The room was spacious and well appointed, just a short walk from the center of Ermoupoli. We will be coming back!

Είναι ένα υπέροχο boutique ξενοδοχείο, σ’ ένα σημείο (στα Βαπόρια), που η θέα του σου κόβει την ανάσα! Είναι πεντακάθαρο με καθημερινή φροντίδα (ακόμη και την Κυριακή του Πάσχα), από τις υπέροχες και ευγενικές κυρίες! Pet friendly, (χωρίς χρέωση, όχι που εμείς που έχουμε τα παιδάκια μας, μας ενδιαφέρει αυτό, αλλά δεν κατάλαβα ποτέ για ποιο λόγο σχεδόν σε όλα τα ξενοδοχεία γίνεται αυτό, δήθεν για τα ειδικά απορρυπαντικά). Έχουν στο υπέροχο δωμάτιο, ειδικό χώρο αφιερωμένο στα τετράποδα παιδάκια μας με το κρεββατάκι τους, δύο μπολ νερού και φαγητού και ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό εμφιαλωμένο καθημερινά, αφού το νερό της Σύρου δεν πίνεται. Η Πέννυ, από την πρώτη στιγμή που έγινε η κράτηση, ήταν ευγενική κι εξυπηρετική σε όλα, με προτάσεις για το πού μπορούμε να πάμε για φαγητό της μέρες του Πάσχα, που το νησί κυριολεκτικά βούλιαξε από κόσμο. Το χαμόγελο της και η ευγένεια της το ίδιο και από κοντά, όταν μας καλωσόρισε!
Πέννυ είσαι υπέροχη! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!!
