Pros:

Stort, rent pg komfortabelt rom med bad. Hyggelig personal. God frokost.

Cons:

Rom lå mot trafikkert gate, noe trafikkstøy.

Hadde forventet mye mer for NOK 1619,- pr døgn!

Sengen var ok og renholdet veldig bra!

Cons:

Rommet var gammelt. Ingen gardiner kun persienner. Med store vinduer og sola rett på ble det veldig varmt. Badet var veldig lite. Frokosten var minimal - ingen varmretter. Søndag ettermiddag booket jeg et ekstra døgn, mandag til tirsdag og betalte kr.1619 NOK 😲 Beklageligvis ble jeg kalt inn til jobb mandag morgen. Sjekket derfor ut mandag kl.10.05 og leverte nøkkelen i resepsjonen. Skrev til hotellet og lurte på om jeg da ville få noe refundert siden jeg ikke brukte det ekstra døgnet. I dag er det torsdag ettermiddag og jeg har enda ikke fått svar, til tross for 4 henvendelser. Det kaller jeg elendig kundebehandling 😡
