Pros:

Bevlogenheid van de eigenaar en zijn vrouw. Wij hadden op het laatste moment half pension geboekt. Werden super leuk ontvangen, heerlijk gegeten en een lekker ontbijt. Prachtige kamer met schitterend uitzicht.

Sofort wieder, aber längerer Aufenthalt. Wir waren einfach zu kurz da.
Pros:

Das war wieder mal der Hammer. So ein sauberes und schönes kleines Hotel findet man selten. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich nett und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist traumhaft. Ebenso das Abendessen. Bei denen ist alles perfekt. Da gibt es nicht mal eine schief hängende Nachttischlampe. Die Wandfarben sind auch super erdacht und gemacht. Alleine die Innenräume sind mit so viel Liebe und Ideen ausgestattet. Einfach ein Traum. Die Lage über der Stadt, die Ruhe dazu und der Ausblick , einfach fantastisch. Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise, sonst hätten wir sofort verlängert. Ganz viele liebe Grüße von Valeria und Arndt an das ganze Team und extra an die überaus freundliche Frau , welche bei unserer vorzeitigen Ankunft gerade noch mit reinigen beschäftigt war.

Heerlijke vakantie bij Hotel Restaurant Raunig!
Pros:

Hele vriendelijke eigenaren die zich alle moeite deden, de rust, het uitgebreide ontbijt en het lekkere 3-gangen menu 's avonds.

Cons:

De matrassen waren prima, maar het bed kraakt behoorlijk. De douche is vrij klein.

Un Hotel dove soggiornare in assoluta tranquillità, lontano dal caos cittadino.
Pros:

Ottima posizione sopra il paese da cui si gode di una bellissima vista, sia dalla camera che dalla sala pranzo. Ottimo anche il cibo e molto apprezzata la piccola spa con sauna e cabina a raggi infrarossi.

Essen Top, Hotel ist schön einige Dinge sollten aber Renoviert werden, aber sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Essen und die Auswahl der Menüs war super. Die Zimmer sind auch groß. Das Frühstück war gut und die Produkte frisch.

Cons:

Leider war die Wartezeit auf das Essen zum Großteil sehr Lange. Die Badezimmer und WC Anlagen sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und hätten eine Renovierung notwendig.

Bella struttura ma esperienza molto negativa
Pros:

Una bella struttura, curata e immersa nel silenzio e nella natura, con una splendida vista sulla valle. La camera era nel complesso pulita e molto spaziosa. La cena non era particolarmente abbondante ma buona e di qualità soddisfacente.

Cons:

La pressione della doccia era altalenante, con frequenti sbalzi tra acqua fredda e calda. Abbiamo notato alcune carenze nella pulizia del bagno, con un asciugamano macchiato di nero e dei capelli nel piatto doccia.

La strada per raggiungere l'hotel è molto stressante: circa 2 km di strada strettissima ma a doppio senso, con curve a gomito, scarsa visibilità e assenza di guardrail o altre protezioni. La carreggiata è talmente stretta da impedire spazio di manovra in caso di incontro con un'auto proveniente dal senso opposto.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto isolata e per raggiungere il paese è necessario prendere l'auto e percorrere la strada di cui sopra. Il percorso pedonale si interrompe dopo poche centinaia di metri, con dei cancelli.

La parte più deludente è stata la gestione della nostra situazione. Più di due settimane prima dell'arrivo avevo chiesto la cancellazione per motivi di salute; nonostante il preavviso di 16 giorni, la richiesta è stata negata poiché scaduti i tempi di cancellazione gratuita. Capiamo che dura lex sed lex, quindi partiamo lo stesso per non perdere una cifra ingente. Ciononostante, il peggiorare della situazione fisica ci costringe a interrompere comunque il soggiorno dopo una sola notte.
La reazione del personale è stata un muro di freddezza: ci è stato semplicemente presentato il POS con l'intero importo, senza alcuna proposta di riduzione della cifra né un minimo gesto o parola di disponibilità. Abbiamo pagato, senza fiatare, anche la notte e la cena che non avremmo più usufruito e siamo andati via.
