Falta de orientación y ganas de ayudar al visitante

Cons:

El estacionamiento está mal fisicamente y también mal gestionado, sentí que no loes importó que salíamos al día siguiente temprano para nuestro trekk, no nos recomendaron salir más temprano (no saben sobre los tours ni orientan a los visitantes). El día de mi trekk cuando pedí sacar mi carro del estacionamiento, el personal lo hizo de mala gana parecía que no quería hacerlo.

Pros:

Muy buena la atención y la calidez del personal. La zona es tranquila y se puede descansar muy bien.

Cons:

Está un poco lejos del centro, pero los taxis son económicos y se llega rápido en carro.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich jedoch das Personal an der Rezeption, die keinen Wunsch übrig lassen. Egal ob Anrufe beim Arzt oder Taxis oder Organisationen. Ich hab mich gefühlt, als hätte ich meine eigenen Manager gehabt. Vielen vielen Dank für diesen Service!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer immer sehr sauber. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Gegend wo das Hotel steht ist sehr ruhig. Es gab immer warmes Wasser mit einem guten Wasserdruck.

Cons:

Frühstück ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich

Great place to stay, friendly staff
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a minor issue with the room ( no window) and they tried to solve it immediately.
The room was spacious and clean.
Good wifi connection.
They do provide boiled water to refill your waterbottle (upon request at the kitchen).

Cons:

In the evening you hear noise coming from the restaurant downstairs , even after 10 pm. Guests wake up early, around 6 am. So again, noise coming from the restaurant (early breakfast). Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
It's about a 20 minute uphill walk from the center of town.
