Ottimo hotel, ottime camere e staff disponibile e cortese in tutti

A volte quando si fa la doccia in tanti assieme finisce l acqua calda e tocca aspettare (ma non è stato un problema, abbiamo aspettato un po)

Schönes Zimmer, sehr nette und super hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns sehr bei der Organisation unserer Ausflüge geholfen haben ☺️ Das Essen war gut und preiswert.
Es war wirklich ein super Aufenthalt und ich kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Der einzige Mangel war leider der Bass der Musik aus der Rezeption, der bei uns im Zimmer sehr laut zu hören war. Das lag wahrscheinlich an der Lage unseres Zimmers. Auf Nachfrage wurde die Musik zwar ausgemacht, allerdings mussten wir nocj ein paar Male Bescheid geben, was uns sehr unangenehm war. Ansonsten aber alles top!

Foi uma excelente escolha em Huaraz! A equipe do hotel é muito prestativa e simpática. Nos auxiliaram em diversos momentos da estadia. O quarto era bastante confortável. A limpeza e a arrumação foram impecáveis. Sempre que voltávamos dos passeios parecia que estávamos entrando no quarto pela primeira vez. Da plaza de armas até o hotel dava uns 20 minutos caminhando. De táxi era bem barato (uns 7 soles). Por ficar um pouco fora do centro a região é silenciosa e, mesmo estando num quarto de frente para a rua, não tivemos qualquer problema com ruídos. Jantamos todas as noites no restaurante do hotel e a comida era bem gostosa. É uma excelente relação custoxbenefício!

Todo super bien, el staff muy amable, la administradora del hotel muy atenta, sobre la habitación que me pedí me dieron un upgrade sin costo alguno debido a que pedí una habitación con balcón y no tuvieron problema en acomodarme en una mucho mejor, buenos desayunos y platos a la carta, está un poquito alejado del centro lo cual para mí fue lo mejor debido al ruido externo, aquí duermes increíble, la cama super cómoda y lo que me sorprendió fueron la almohadas, volveré en mi próximo viaje a Huaraz 🫶🏼

Golden Killa vale ouro!!!

O atendimento de toda a equipe foi maravilhoso, profissional e extremamente simpático!! A gerente geral Pilar Vivar Araucano foi excepcional no atendimento e se dispôs a preparar nosso café da manhã às 5.30 hs, mesmo considerando que o café só começaria às 7.15 hs. A funcionária Miriam nos ajudou em tudo o que precisamos. Lavanderia retornando rápido. Estamos viajando de moto e a garagem foi perfeita: ao lado do hotel, coberta e trancada. Disponível Netflix nos quartos. Enfim, foi tudo excelente!!!

Como en casa. Atención y comodidad excelentes
Pros:

Lo que más destaco es la amabilidad del personal–prontos para ayudar en lo que sea necesario. Excelente. Como en casa. Tanto la comida como la ubicación excelentes. Habitaciones limpias, bien mantenidas y muy cómodas. Volvería sin dudarlo y lo recomiendo altamente. Apto para parejas, familias y viajeros solos.

Cons:

The bedding was dirty, with foreign hairs. Our room was right next to the kitchen, and it was very noisy from 6 a.m. until late at night. Furthermore, we could constantly smell the kitchen odors. The room had a window facing the corridor. Just before leaving there was no hot water in the bathroom.
