Cons:

Extrêmement bruyant. Aucune isolation permettant de ne pas pas entendre les voisins de chambre sur le palier (même discrets), l'ascenseur et la rue : camion poubelle, piétons, etc. bien que nous soyons au 9eme étage.
La porte d'entrée non sécurisé (elle ne fonctionnait pas). Les sacs de linges dans le hall d'entrée de l'immeuble, en permanence.
Très mauvais rapport qualité prix => 240€/3 nuits.
il a plut une nuit et toutes nos affaires dans les valises au sol en servit d'éponge. La pluie s'est infiltré par les encadrements de fenêtres et a inondé le sol de la chambre. Nous avions les pieds dans l'eau et nos valises semi-rigides et notre linge a l'intérieur imbibées d'eau de pluie. Aucun geste ni compensation de la part de l'hôte. Par contre il fallait bien sortir de la chambre dans la minute sinon on nous prenait notre caution.
Attention, une caution avec emprunte CB est demandée 48h avant en échange du code d'entrée, alors que non mentionné à la réservation

Ho dormito sul materasso più duro della mia vita! Ma dormito così male in una struttura ricettiva.
Struttura totalmente automatizzata, nessun servizio, nessun contatto, pochissime informazioni
manutenzione carente in camera e portone di ingresso al piano terra sempre aperto
Qualità complessiva degli arredi ikea molto scarsa.

Great location, very noisy, didn’t feel very safe
Pros:

The location was great, just a few minutes from the Sliema-Valletta ferry, lots of shops and restaurants and bus stops. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the shower had a good temperature and pressure.

Cons:

I booked the room non-refundable, which is fine - but received a message after to say that I’d booked the downstairs apartment next to the front door and if I was sensitive to sound, I should reconsider my booking. Surely this is something that should be stated before offering non-refundable bookings? The noise is a lot, the front door is constantly slamming shut all through the night when people come and go - perhaps a slow-close mechanism on the door would be helpful. I also had on several different occasions, men banging on the window / door to my room late at night, trying to be let into the building or perhaps because the front apartment could be mistaken for a reception area from the outside. I was staying solo, so that didn’t make me feel very safe.

Overall, good value and great location.
Pros:

Location very good short distance from ferry to Valletta and bus stop etc. Quiet area at night not too busy during the week but can be a bit of noise in the pedestrian street outside at weekends in the early hours when people leave nearby bars. Apartment comfortable with small kitchenette, probably needs better curtains as the street lights outside are quite bright, but overall satisified with apartment and good price.

La colazione non è inclusa nel soggiorno. Per il resto, tutto abbastanza bene.

Cons:

L'illuminazione poiché troppo fioca, i prodotti per il bagno in quanto era presente solo il sapone per le mani. Aggiungerei anche più asciugamani in base ai giorni di pernottamento e qualche bottiglietta di acqua nel frigo della struttura.
