Ωραία τοποθεσία. Διευκόλυνε πολύ.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο δυστυχώς δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μας. Ο χώρος ήταν όλος τζαμαρία, δεν υπήρχαν παράθυρα με αποτέλεσμα να μην αερίζεται σωστά το δωμάτιο και ούτε να μπαίνει φυσικό φως.

Το μπάνιο ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο χωρίς πρακτικό λόγο, αλλά ο νιπτήρας ήταν πολύ μικρός και τα νερά έπεφταν συνεχώς έξω στο πάτωμα. Δεν υπήρχε σφουγγαρίστρα ή κάτι αντίστοιχο για να τα μαζέψεις. Επίσης, η μπανιέρα είχε πρόβλημα αποχέτευσης, καθώς το σιφόνι βούλωνε και μάζευε νερά κατά τη διάρκεια του μπάνιου. Δεν υπήρχε κάποια πρίζα στο μπάνιο να μπορούσε να διευκολύνει κοντά στον καθρέφτη.

Τέλος, η καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε να είναι πολύ καλύτερη, αφού υπήρχαν παντού στους τοίχους σημάδια από κουνούπια που είχαν σκοτωθεί και δεν είχαν καθαριστεί.
Δεν άξιζε το κόστος της διαμονής που χρεωθήκαμε.

PERFECT ACCOMODATION TO EXPLORE MALTA
Pros:

Perfect place to stay, a few steps away from the Sliema waterfront and the Valletta ferry terminal.
There’s a supermarket almost opposite to the hotel, some nice shops and all the restaurants and bar you would ever ask for.
It has a little kitchen essentially equipped to allow you to have a little breakfast with coffe and everything you can store in a fridge or heat in a microwave.
It provides you with a set of towels and you find shampoo and soap for the shower.
The staff - which you only have contact with online since it’s a self check-in and check out hotel-apartments - is very friendly and helpful: it answers very fast to questions and request and they’re very polite!

Cons:

I wish I had a towel change since they get wet and if you want to shower twice a day (which you need if you hang around all day long in Malta in May with 25 degrees) you have to re-use damp towels.
But it’s the only flaw I can report.

Issues but they fixed it right away
Pros:

I really liked the location, and when I had issues with the apartment the staff were quickly put to work to fix the issues and I loved the fast actions from the manager.

Cons:

I'd like the staff to have better quality control on what is clean and what is acceptable.

Aktivní dovolená na Maltě
Pros:

Super místo, výborná poloha nedaleko přístavu a autobusů. Klíč ve skříňce na kód, což jsme při nočním příletu ocenili. Na žádost jsme dostali pokoj ve vyšším patře, ticho, odpočinuli jsme si. Uklizeno, vybavení-vše, co jsme potřebovali, obchody s jídlem nedaleko. Hotel nám vyhovoval, komunikace s personálem výborná.

Cons:

Při nočním příletu jsme se nemohli osprchovat, nedostali jsme totiž žádné ručníky . Únavou jsme usnuli a druhý den jsme zjistili, že nemáme ani povlečené polštáře. Vše se na naši žádost hned 2. den vyřešilo, a tak jsme si naši dovolenou užili.

Everything is excellent
Pros:

The location is excellent! You can get really quickly anywhere, because apartment is minute from ferry and from bus station too. The room is quite large and clean. The host also allowed us to leave our luggage in their office, which was really helpful because our flight was late at night. I would recommend this apartment to everyone!
