Safe, clean, parking can become an issue, a bit far from city center
Pros:

Large and clean room. Access with the keybox was easy.

Cons:

Parking was a mess. There were cars blocking my car in the parking lot in front of the hotel, and I had an early flight. I contacted host but s/he did not even understand what mu problem was. Once s/he understood, did not really help.

Besides, bed is not comfortable, but it is okay for couple of nights. Also, items like cups, napkins, etc. would have been nice.

Pros:

Přístup a ochota s majitelem, možnost koupit pokoj v 19 hod a ve 22 přijít.
Milá komunikace majitele i v pozdních hodinách.
Velký pokoj. Blízko z lázním i nákupnímu centru.

Sehr guter, unkomplizierter und angenehmer Aufenthalt - klare Empfehlung.
Pros:

Der self Check in war super!
Alles problemlos und zuverlässig. Vorher kurz Kontakt zum Betreiber gehabt. Er war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
Es war auch sehr sauber und die gemeinschaftsküche lässt keine wünache offen und bietet alles.
Wir waren mit kleinkind hier. Hat super gepasst. Lage war ruhig und nahe zu einem schönen Spielplatz.
Super auch dass es genug Parkplätze gibt.

Cons:

Aufpassen dass man sich nicht versehentlich aussperrt, da die Eingangstür nur mit schlüssel zu öffnen geht. Ist aber nicht negativ. Man muss nir darauf achten.
Für uns war die etwas zentrumsferne Lage passend und sehr gut. Aber evtl mag das nicht jeder.
