Pros:

He tratado de comunicarme con ustedes. Tengo una queja grandísima, el hotel me cancelo la reserva siendo que hable con ellos para que me dieran un día más de hospedaje. Me comunicaron que lastimosamente estaban sin cupo aún habiendo conversado toda la tarde con ellos y diciéndome que no había ningún inconveniente que mi reserva estaba hecha, y se había cancelado el valor de una noche previamente. Aún no me dan razón sobre la devolución del dinero.
