o Maintain an appropriate noise level during off-hours (generally between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.) to avoid disturbing neighbors.
4. Use of facilities:
o Use appliances, furniture and other facilities appropriately and safely, following the instructions provided.
o Illegal drugs are not allowed on the property.
o Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If you wish to smoke, do so in designated outdoor areas and be sure to properly dispose of cigarette butts.
5. Cleaning and care:
o Keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Use the trash receptacles provided to dispose of waste.
o If you use the kitchen, wash the dishes and utensils you use before your departure.
o If spills or accidents occur, notify the owner immediately so that necessary action can be taken.
6. Security:
o Keep doors and windows closed and locked when leaving the property.
o Do not leave valuables unattended on the property. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
o Always turn off lights, air conditioning and other electronic devices when leaving the property.
7. Community standards:
o Respect the neighbors and avoid any excessive noise or disruptive behavior that may cause discomfort.
o Parties, events or meetings that have not been previously authorized by the owner are not allowed.
8. Pets:
o Pets are not allowed in the property, unless otherwise agreed with the owner in advance.
9. Communication:
o Maintain open and respectful communication with the owner. If you have any questions, concerns or problems during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us.
10. Compliance with regulations:
o Failure to comply with this regulation may result in the cancellation of your reservation and a request that you leave the property immediately, without the right to a refund.
