Beautiful modern hotel and amazing service
Pros:

After two weeks of travelling through Colombia, this was hands down the best place we stayed!🤩
The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with the beds facing an amazing view. The bathroom is modern, the insulation is excellent, and impressively, we barely noticed a single mosquito thanks to the fine mesh screens on the bathroom windows.

The room itself was very comfortable: a great bed, reliable air conditioning, and a hammock on the balcony that I could have spent all day in. There’s even a jacuzzi in the open air which was so nice! When we wanted to extend our stay by a night, it was arranged without any fuss.

What truly set this place apart, though, was the staff. We got quite ill, and Moncho went into town multiple times to fetch medication for us, going so far above and beyond that we genuinely don’t know what we would have done without him.
We were also given all the time we needed for checkout, which meant the world when we weren’t feeling well. We felt genuinely cared for throughout.

At last, the location is ideal for visiting Tayrona National Park, just a ten-minute walk away.
We highly recommended this hotel😊

Stunning location and accommodation
Pros:

The views were stunning and the rooms were very well put together. Also the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home

Cons:

It’s a bit of a walk up to the rooms, so be prepared if you aren’t physically fit like me. But the staff did at least carry our suitcases up thank goodness 😅

Locatie naast het park, het uitzicht vanuit de kamers, zonsopgang, loved it

Cons:

Restaurant ziet er fancy uit, maar het eten is gemiddeld. Spaghetti met gefrituurde kip. Hoe verzin je het 😂. Wel gelachen

Goede keuze, dicht bij de ingang van het park.
Pros:

Redelijk comfortabel bed. Ruime kamer. Douche was minder betrouwbaar, soms alleen lauw water. Mooi gelegen alleen aan de voorkant wel langs een drukke weg. De nieuwe kamers zagen er veel beter uit dan waar wij zaten. Eten in restaurant was prima. Op korte loopafstand van de ingang van het park. Er zijn een paar mini markten in de buurt waar je water en snacks kunt halen.

Cons:

Het oude gedeelte is nogal gehorig.

Super comfortable and relaxing
Pros:

Great value for money - a really nice Ac room with a great view and balcony. The food was great and staff super friendly/helpful. Really close to El Zaino entrance (walk away)

Cons:

Great if you want to go to Tayrona everyday or tours but not much else to do there

Pros:

The staff was great and the food was amazing. Saw many birds while eating breakfast. The hotel is beautiful and loved that we could walk to entrance of Tayrona.

Cons:

The beds were really hard. It was pretty noisy as it was very close to the road, but did supply ear plugs.

Pros:

The area feels safe and is conveniently located near Tayrona National Natural Park. The restaurant is very pleasant, and I would highly recommend the breakfast.

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected. It’s also worth noting that getting around the area without a car can be difficult, as there are limited options nearby. Additionally, the check-in process felt a bit unusual, as there is no reception at the accommodation and we were not personally welcomed by the host upon arrival.

Beautiful property and amazing bird watching from our balcony. We saw monkeys too!
Pros:

Great food and drinks prepared on the property. Very friendly staff. Very kind and helpful as well.

Cons:

A place to fill up a water bottle with drinking water in the common space would have been great. The kitchen staff always filled our bottles for us but after hours it would have been nice.

Great location if you want to access the national park
Pros:

Location for the national park is great, it's 10 minutes down the road.

The mountain views, the balcony and the birds!

The meal in the restaurant was really tasty.

Cons:

No fresh water offered, given or anywhere to get a refill.

No tea or coffee facilities or fridge to keep water cool in the room. So you have to go to the restaurant to get a drink first thing.

Important to note the Jacuzzi is shared and was empty when I arrived. It does saying this upon booking but I missed it.

There were problems with electricity which meant there wasn't any AC for the night, although a fan was provided. I understand these things can't be helped.

WiFi was intermittent this might've been due to power outage too..

Pros:

Dit is een geweldig hotel/ lodge. Prachtige omgeving midden in het groen en geweldige kamers. Op 10 minuten lopen van de ingang van Tyrona park. Maar ook tegenover het hotel kun je prachtige wandelingen maken. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wat een erg grote plus is, naast het goede ontbijt, is het feit dat de kok in het restaurant echt heel goed kan koken. We hebben hier verreweg het kikkers gegeten sinds we in Colombia zijn. Al met al dus een aanrader dit hotel.

Cons:

Helemaal niets, alles prima.

Relaxing experience.
Pros:

Everything! Beautiful enterieur, hot shower, nice shampoo, great breakfast and the stuff was also ver nice and helpful. You can pay by card with no surcharge!!

Great stay in beaufiful natural area.
Pros:

Great place in a beautiful garden full of Colombian plants. Nice area to chill out and a good restaurant. Good place to reach Tayrona park and other hiking trials. We came for one night, stayed 3.

Cons:

In the double bedroom apartament its quite noisy. Most of hotels near by are next to a road. You need to go deeper into the jungle if you want more quiet space. Rooms with balconies preferred, better windows.

Pros:

Amazing hotel just outside of El Zaino entrance.
The restaurant serves supper good food and the staff is very helpful.
Also the rooms are amazing with nice hammocks and very spacious room and terrace.
