El hecho de que hayan pocos barman
El servicio excepcional del comedor del servicio plus, muy buena atención de las señoritas Marlene y susy. Excelente atención de la Srta Karen de recepción plus, siempre se preocupó de atendernos muy bien

Las piscinas estaban muy frias y el piso algo pegajoso. Los Restaurantes à la carta no estaban abiertos aunque en la descripcion decian. Habían mosquitos que picaban.

La amabilidad y trato del personal, los shows son espectaculares y la comodidad del lugar incluyendo las habitaciones. El tour que ofrecen a Puerto Pizarro es bueno, atención muy personal y con gran guía.
