El televisor no funciona

Staff looked bothered when asked questions, in terms of attention to the tourist I feel some were super nice but others didn’t care to give attention to the need. You literally need to wait or talk to them. Food was super good

Firstly, the hotel is very far from everything. We arrived late at night and grabbed some snacks, but the food was disgusting; the hamburger was dry, and the salchipapas tasted terrible. Our room had an ocean view, which was fantastic, but it was quite simple. The sheets and towels were brown instead of white, the sink was turned off and I couldn’t open it, and there were mosquitoes everywhere.

While the food served in the main dining area was delicious, the behavior of some guests was appalling. They ate like animals without any manners, which was quite off-putting. The poor bartender had to make five drinks for one person without receiving any tips, which was really unfortunate. I ended up staying in my room to enjoy the view, but I couldn’t find any channels to watch since there were too many apps, and I didn’t know how to operate the TV. Additionally, the air conditioning was not strong enough.

I definitely do not recommend this place. However, I must mention that all of the staff members were very friendly. The General Manager should pay attention to the cleanliness of the premises, and the food and beverage director needs to improve the quality and presentation of the food.

Next time, I will be going to the Punta Sal Hotel instead.

La comida y el servicio del staff es fantastic

The pool and beach areas are beautiful and there were not too many people.

Accueil horrible. Nous avions contacté l'hôtel en amont pour ajouter notre enfant de 2 ans sachant que le prix avec un enfant était le même sur votre site. L'hôtel me répond qu'ils ne trouvent pas ma réservation et de le faire à l'arrivée. En arrivant, on me dit que le bebe doit payer le tarif de réception, soit USD 80.- par nuit. Nous arrivions d'un long voyage et voulions mettre le bébé à dormir. A ce moment le réceptionniste nous prend les clés des mains, sachant que la chambre était déjà payée! A aucun moment un manager n'est venu nous parler et décidons de payer pour avoir notre chambre. Pour ce prix il n'y a ni lit pour bébé, ni linge ni baignoire...
Finalement je vois qu'on nous facture la TVA, ce qui ne s'applique pas au non résidents. Lors du check out on me promet de me contacter par email et me rembourser ce montant. A ce jour je n'ai reçu aucune nouvelle....

Las personas de servicio del hotel como el restaurant el transporte y limpieza son muy amables, pero el staff del from desk tienen muy mala actitud, lejos de ayudar al huésped te ponen mala cara como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor. Este hotel es uno de los más caros del Peru y por ese precio lo menos que queremos es recibir una sonrisa y que nos traten con amabilidad.

el cafe almuerso y meriendas son una porquería por tres dias que estuve no cambiaron el menu (solo papas con huevos)

Buffet poco variado pocas actividades,habitación no adecuada para parejas, pocas actividades para adultos, piscina solo para niños, pocas actividades en la playa, mal manejo de las reservaciones de los restaurantes, me sentí atrapado en el lugar

Comida regular , y la atención por parte del Gerente pésima, nos trató muy mal, preocupados por unas toallas viejas, qué hay que cuida como oro, ya que ellos no tienen casillero disponibles cerca de la cafetería , insinuó que nos queríamos llevar sus toallas viejas, en lugar de preocuparse por la atención , al final si llego a perder una toalla ellos la facturan , por que hacerme pasar un mal momento con mi esposa ? Lo peor puse la queja en la página y fue en vano
