Spring break 2026
Pros:

We have a great time staying here, services from the valet, desk staff, maintenance bringing us microwave, and the restaurant staff (Kim) very friendly of course good food. Our room is clean and comfortable sleeping in the bed so soft my daughter doesn’t want to leave.

A great Hilton property!
Pros:

I enjoyed four nights here while at a conference — the room was quiet and comfortable, the location is perfect for dining and shopping, and the spacious lobby offers plenty of room to connect with colleagues and friends. There is a very nice coffee bistro to boot. I enjoyed my stay here very much — the eclectic art displayed throughout the property was a welcome bonus!!

This stay was very disappointing.
Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

This was a trip for my fiance's birthday. We were hoping being in a nice area we would have a view from our room, but our view was not a view at all (pictured). We went to the bar on the floor below us after the CBJ game and ordered food. After ordering our food, we were told that a party was coming in so we would need to leave. They still let us have our food but we had to eat in the back corner of another lobby and were unable to get anything else (drinks or food). They told us if we wanted anything else that we had to go to the other tower of the hotel. Staff was nice about it but it was still very unwelcoming getting kicked out for another party. If they would have told us when we first got there, we would have went to a different area or not ordered food. We then went to bed and a generator or something in the closet of our room reset and was very loud around midnight. The next morning, we were woken up at around 6am to a loud door slamming which continued all morning. We believe that it was the door to the maintenance room next to us. Overall, we did not have a good experience at all and were super disappointed. This was supposed to be a fun trip for a birthday and it was not good at all.

Walking distance to Nationwide with multiple dining options on the way. Connected parking garage

Cons:

Area is under construction so it was difficult walking around construction materials surrounded by snow. Very expensive after hours store in the lobby
