Culture makes a difference.
Pros:

Imagine a hotel with a consistent culture that makes it easy to stay there!! From valet service to Derek at front reception to Ian in the bistro. These people were surrounded by many who desire to make our experience pleasant. Room was very comfortable and bed was excellent. Others staying in town at same time at comparable hotel did not have our positive experience.

Best hotel to access to convention center.
Pros:

Was here for a volleyball tournament. The hotel is amazing for access to the convention center, just a simple walk down the hall way to get there. The hotel is very clean and housekeeping does a good job. It does not feel very upscale but should be considered a very good mid range hotel and probably the best option in the area. Dining is meh. Fyr was dissapointing at best and expensive but the all day cafe was okay. Hotel was safe, employees very friendly and hotel was clean. I stayed in the new tower and while rooms were in good shape i think the decor is such a miss and dates the hotel to make it look older, more budget than it actually is.

Pros:

It’s a Hilton so it speaks for itself

Cons:

A little confusing with the two towers but we figured it out. I hate paying for parking at a hotel especially when I payed almost 400 a night

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Perfect location downtown Columbus. Connected to the convention center, which was awesome. It was such a nice hotel, it was almost like it's own little town because it was so big! Very fun to explore! Pool, hot tub, and gym were all great!

Another amazeballs time in the Columbus Hilton!
Pros:

The hotel is great. Your staff are amazing. Everything is clean. Everyone is helpful. The pool and hot tub are great. The walls are nice and thick, so you can also. Also the curtains keep the room dark. The bell staff is great as well.
