Great Hotel Amenities and Location!
Pros:

I stayed on the 25th floor of the 402 building, and it had awesome views of the Arena District, including the arena and stadiums. The room was spacious, had several amenities including a mini-fridge and microwave, and everything was clean. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the convention center, sports and music venues, or visiting the area in general. Valet was also easy and the service provided by them and the front desk was great. Will stay again!

Clean rooms, helpful staff, and great food!
Pros:

This hotel met all of my expectations, and then some. The front desk staff was very helpful, special shoutout to Jeff and Derek for answering all of my questions. My room was clean, the bathroom was especially nice, and the breakfast buffet at Gallerie was amazing. I will definitely be staying here again!

EPIC snowfall
Pros:

Great experience from start to finish, even though the city was shut down after record snow fall, which extended our stay for 1 night due to flight cancellation, hotel was adequately staffed and food choices were good, service was great !

We had a wonderful time.

Cons:

The two towers made food delivery painful as the drivers kept going to the wrong location. Also there were several delays at the bell desk. Not really anyone's fault given the GalaxyCon weekend. But we waited quite a while for our car.

Bathroom was set up great for a rolling shower chair, the bed was low which made for an easy transfer, plenty of space in the room to move around in my wheelchair.
