Staff was very understanding of my concerns with the loud noise and they gave me Hilton Honors points.
Pros:

Great location & enjoyed the on site bars/restaurants. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Too loud. Can hear TVs and conversations through the walls. Dogs barking, etc. I have traveled a lot and stayed many places, but this by far was not a very quiet or peaceful stay. Dogs should NOT be allowed in hotels of this caliber unless it is a mandatory service dog.

Pros:

Updated hotel loved food options available very convenient! Also valet parking and checking out while they stored my bags! Even had free coffee and fruit with muffins!

It was great! So convenient, so clean, so well kept. Will definitely stay there again if I need to.
Pros:

Location was awesome. We were there for a volleyball tournament at the convention center and it was so convenient!

Cons:

As far as I know there was no breakfast provided (for free I mean). Maybe I'm mistaken, but it was not communicated. We had to wait in a huge line at the market.

Great location good hotel
Pros:

Hotel is massive but the room was clean, bed comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the shower water pressure was severely lacking. Great location if you are attending the conference center and a short walk to the short north where there are great restaurants and bars.

Very comfortable, clean, nice but a little pricey.
Pros:

The facility was very nice, clean, and our room was very quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable and my whole family slept like babies. The attached parking garage was very nice and made travel a lot easier. We bought the breakfast for an additional fee and it was so good.

Cons:

Everything was very nice but it was extremely expensive for 1 night. I felt it was a little confusing trying to navigate from parking garage to the hotel.

Pros:

Nice and clean. Located at convention center. Keep in mind the taxes are $50 a day and parking is close to the same. So add $100 a day to your budget above the room rate. I would only stay here if you are at an event in the convention center. I think 4 stars is plenty considering the price.
